Got great help very nice staff incredible selection of wine, beer, alcohol, etc., etc. I would have given a five star while I was in the store "except " I happened to use the restroom which was incredibly shockingly dirty. Perhaps someone has dropped the ball I certainly would've expected better from a store like total Wine. I'm hoping you read this as a positive review as I I have submitted it with the best intention. read more

I was looking for a specific bottle and found it at Total Wine. Their website reflects it is currently available in store. I went to the store to be told it is out of stock. I complained asking why does their website reflect inventory and was told the last bottle was just recently sold so the system did not have time to update. I checked the website 6 hours later and it still reflects they have inventory available in store. I have encountered a number of experiences like this with Total Wine - their customer service is terrible!!! read more

Whenever I'm in the area and need very specific wines or liquors, Total Wine is an immediate go-to. Their variety and options can definitely be a bit overwhelming at first, but when you need something particular, it's a great resource. One thing I do wish they had more of is South African wine options--I'm a major fan of South African varieties because it's just so darn good. Beyond that the staff is always very friendly and helpful, and you're definitely not spending an arm and a leg if you even buy just 3 bottles for example. This definitely a great spot if you need everything all in one place and also willing to explore a wider variety of options. read more

These guys hit it out of the park for me every time! I generally do curbside pickup because I know exactly what I want. Whether it's a bottle or two just for us, or dozens of bottles for a party, they crush it. I'm very picky about who deserves 5 stars and they do. They always have what we want. The app is easy. The location great. But, the biggest reason for the 5 stars is my curbside order always ready in MINUTES of placing the order. No kidding. No matter how big. Thanks guys!!! You make my life easier and more fun. read more

I've had several orders from this store. I've been satisfied at the end of each purchase. I use pick most the time usually picking up cases of items. Sometimes I've waited 10 to 15 minutes but most time under 10 minutes. Prices have been better than competitors. I will continue to use this store. read more

You name it and they seem to have it- the most extensive inventory of wine and hard liquor plus cigars and everything associated with entertaining. I personally love the knowledgeable personnel that work there- can steer you and introduce you to new vineyards and countries. read more

Manager in white shirt was rude and condecending. Never treated that way in a total wine store. Wanted to leave but we don't think he cared. He was too hell bent on making cutting remarks. read more

Total Wine, no matter which location, is reliable for their extensive inventory- our purchases mainly focus craft beer & hard liquors & we are always able to find what we need (&more)-we especially enjoy their 'local' & 'seasonal' sections promoting specific selection in one distinct area. They make it so easy to select created packs or making mix & match packs. Visiting this location, we were able to get in & out, easily locating the local craft brews, making 2 mix&match packs to-go (both from the cooler & shelf), and quick checkout. My only woe was due to short staffing though they had tasting bars set up around the store, they didn't have the staff available to provide the tastings laid out- so we missed out trying some nice sounding spreads- read more

Lots of content and choices, knowledgeable staff and clean environment in which to shop. The tastings are interesting and we often buy from them. read more

I was needed to get in and out quickly as I was on my way to work...I went to the cashier with a light on. She was bagging for the next cashier. She seem to take her time and it was inconsiderate especially since she had her light on. This is not good customer service. I did nit get her name, buy I was there on Wednesday, April 10th and my receipt reads 8:58. Sad that some people have no authority of position, but play little games with people they think they can get away with. REMEMBER GOD SEES ALL. WHAT WE SOW WE WILL SURELY REAP. This may seem like a small thing, but I have worked in Customer Service many years and these things matter. I hope people who work there learn to attend to customers as most people don't have time to wait until the cashier decides to come back to her register. read more

Total Wine and More is Disneyland for adults that indulge in a drink from time to time LOL :) (wink-wink)   Prices are competitive with any local liquor store. There are a few wine experts that have their recommendations on areas of wines. They also sell gift boxes of certain bottles and wine tops and accessories. Join the rewards program for free gifts and other incentives. Plenty of parking and shopping carts...GREAT staff always helpful and friendly. I love the ease, convenience, and selection here of finding every libation known to man (or woman). The price points and various sizes available fit any budget. I missed shopping at this place after moving from L.A. (like Trader Joes), but I was thrilled to find one close at UTC! The staff at Total Wine is knowledgeable and oh so willing to help with options and questions on wine or liquor...and although the aisles are clearly marked..it is a bit daunting trying to navigate...so just ask someone...they can walk you right to what you are looking for. If they don't carry what you're looking for... they can probably order it or direct you to another vendor who does. The in-store tastings are educational as well as a great social event, and they have a amazing selection of gifts, glasswear, and other gadgets geared to entertaining with ease and style. There is ample parking too, so what are you waiting for? read more

Very wide selection and helpful staff to point you to the item you've walked by three times already....

I shopped at Total Wine a number of times when I lived in South Carolina, but not too frequently because I just had a feeling it was overpriced. I stopped in after I moved to Florida and I was proved wrong about my impression of being overpriced. Prices were generally good, and I signed up for their rewards program which should have some benefit as well. They have a wide selection of wine, beer, liquor and cigars. What else can you ask for?? I picked up some neat looking local craft beer, but didn't see my holiday favorite, Shiner Holiday Cheer beer. I asked an employee who was very helpful. He pulled it up on his mobile phone and sure enough they had it! He kindly led me directly to it and I snagged 4 six packs, because I believe its usually difficult to find. (Don't worry - I didn't take it all, they had more). So, believe I'll be a regular at Total Wine. read more

Like a beacon calling me hone, I saw the Total Wine sign as I made my way to lunch and had to pull in. It's in a lushly landscaped mall and next to a French bakery I have to try next time. The store is big, like the one closer to home-and had all the options I'm used to-plus a few new concoctions (cherry margaritas? Let the experimentation begin!) It was busy in there, on an early Friday afternoon, but still lots of staff on hand to help me navigate their configuration and man the registers. Cheers, Total Wine-you win again! read more

Total wines....I refer to it as Disneyland for adults. I had a concern and called my local Fl store. They couldn't help but directed me to an 800 help #. They couldn't answer my concern and directed me to call back the store (folks on the phone aren't too bright). I called the company HQ in Maryland. I left 4 voice mails to four different people. Not a one was answered. Even when you press 0 for operator it goes to voice mail. If I didn't like the store so much I would never hope there again. read more

Awesome staff with knowledge, quick checkout and better prices than bjs in same shopping center. It's our go to for wine and liquor.

I had been looking for Porch Swing sweet red wine as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. I had looked everywhere in Tampa at the Total Wine locations and could not find any. I happened to call down to this location and was lucky enough to talk with Casey. He checked for me and found 2 bottles. I told him I was driving from Tampa and he put them at the front desk for me. Great customer service, very friendly. Thank you for your help! read more

The worst customer service the manager tried to help and the attitude not what I usually receive @ to tail wine in Wisconsin,California or the Tampa one on Dale Mabry. The location is off highway busy and maybe they just don't care. Well lately one of the local Florida grocery stores has great wine selections and prices better than Total wine. Better coupons and it so convenient to stop @ the big chain grocery store. Keep away from this location. read more

Love love love this place!!! Highly recommend. Everyone is friendly, have only had one clerk that wasn't the friendliest.

The worst customer service. Why do I have to leave my kids in the car in order to spend my money at total wine? They I.D everyone who is with you and if someone is not 21 and over they won't sell to you. Who decided this policy made any sense? We are not buying liquor for minors Total Wine, they just happen to be with us and we decided to shop at your store. They're other liquor stores in the area why are you making things so difficult for your customers? I would literally have to leave my kids in the car in order to shop in your store because they don't have I.Ds. Here's a thought... have someone at your door saying if you're not 21 or over don't enter, so that we don't waste time actually shopping to only find out we can't buy what we have selected because my kids are with me. read more

I have been ordering for delivery in Maryland and Florida with a wide range of delivery prices (distance not a factor). The prices have ranged from nothing to the most recent delivery fee of $5.99+a "tip" of $27.45 for a total of $33.44. Total wine determined and applied the tip and fee to my cc. My orders are not insignificant and always by the full case. Of course, not being aware of the $33.44 I then tipped the driver in cash as is my custom. Beware of the delivery costs. read more

We recently decided to bulk up on our wine and prep for the summer--hoping it will be a good one. There is no better place to go for wine other than Total Wine and More. They consistently have the best selection, in every area and type of wine, and also the more dedicated customer service. Not only this, but they deliver and this is a bonus in the day of COVID. Prior to the lock downs, it was easy to secure tastings and such, so my hope is that will come back soon. The physical location is also a pleasure to shop, it is clean and easy to locate what you need. The salespeople are so helpful and friendly as well. Overall, excellent experience for any wine fan. read more

They have many options. Brandies, whiskey, beer, wine and more. Great clean well stocked store.

I have been going to this store for many years, and received a coupon for 10 % off for sprits 9/5/23. I went to restock 5 bottles of our favorites, at the checkout the clerk looked at my coupon and the 5 bottles I had selected and rang them in for a total of $200.00 plus. Then she informed me that the discount was not for national brands. Of course she knew this before she rank the total up, and in an apologetic tone said she understood the very fine print was hard to read. I am a 70 years old and no way could I read that only an invoice number ending in 7 was eligible for the discount. I suggested the bold print should say no National brands would receive the discount. Of course that misleading add is the whole purpose of the mailer to their customer base. I declined to complete the sale and made a point to say this is not about the money but the insulting way to try and mislead loyal customers. I drove down the street and purchased the sprits at another store and will never return to Total Wine. Steven N read more

The name Total Wine is slightly misleading as they are the "Total Liquor Store". No matter what you are looking for, Total Wine has it AND with numerous options. From wine to craft beer to hard liquors and much much more, Total Wine has it all. On top of this, they carry glasses, party needs, cigars and more. While I have been to a few wine stores that carry a larger selection of very high end, expensive wines, that isn't what the typical shopper is looking for (although they do carry a decent selection of these also). The overall feeling is friendly and the staff I have dealt with has been enormously helpful and knowledgeable. I can't stress enough what a great selection of offerings they carry. Their craft brew section is basically unmatched. Multiple styles, multiple countries and multiple price points. You truly can't go wrong here. As has been mentioned by other reviewers, they regularly offer a number of free tastings which have helped steer me in the direction of just what I was looking for on several occasions. Just prior to New Year's, they were offering about 10 different champagnes to try which definitely helped me in my search for just the right style. It's important that I mention that their pricing is highly competitive. I have found that they compare favorably with any of the other local stores. While you certainly can find slightly better pricing on the internet, when you consider the convenience and easy access they offer, you will likely not find a better overall value. I can't recommend them strongly enough. Give Total Wine a try, I promise you will come away impressed. read more

Total Wine has a really good selection. There's white a few package stores to choose from but what I like best about Total Wine is there's room to shop. There's room to grab a carriage and explore the aisles of wine so you can look for some old favorites and explore for some new choices. After which you can go down the aisles for any beer, whiskey, rim you are looking for...what. Ore can you ask for? Fair prices. They've got that too. 12/23/2014 Another visit to Total Wine. We went to Total Wine & More yesterday, 09/30/21 to purchases some beverages and it turns out they are still a mess! Purchasing $150 worth of alcohol, as normal I had to remind them the 4 cases of beer were on sale and was rung up wrong, so it was corrected. I was asked for my rewards number to assure I received my points. I used a gift card I received and paid the balance with my charge card. Now the fun starts, the clerk mistakenly hit the cash button instead of charging it. She tried to fix it with no luck. A manager, Dan, was called over. We went to another register, but had to come back to the original register. It was obvious Dan was getting a little upset because it wasn't going well. He finally figured it out that he should nullify the receipt and start over. I reminded him about the beer pricing and he said he got it. What went wrong? My rewards number was never reentered and the price of the beer was wrong, again. It was only .50 a case, but $2 is $2, plus tax. I did see the mistake as we were walking out, but figured it would take another 30 minutes to get it correct. Larry B read more
