I first contacted Above All Tree Service on June 15, 2026, and left a message. A company…read morerepresentative later came to my home and quoted me $1,000 to remove one tree from my backyard and haul away some limbs I had already piled up. He told me they just needed to finish another job before coming to mine. After more than a week passed with no communication, I began calling again on June 29. Over the next couple of weeks, I spoke with the answering service several times and was told each time that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I also left multiple voicemail messages through July 13, and none of them were returned. Today, July 15, I have Strongman Tree Service scheduled to do the work because I simply couldn't wait any longer. My disappointment isn't about the price--it's about the complete lack of communication and follow-through. If Above All wasn't interested in taking on a smaller job or was too busy, I would have appreciated being told that. Instead, I was left waiting and wondering. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Above All Tree Service. They may be a well-established company with plenty of trucks around town, but good customer service starts with keeping customers informed. Don't waste your time waiting for a call that may never come.

After several failed attempts at reaching them, they finally showed up 2 hours late. After agreeing on a quote, they abandoned me and i never heard from them again. I encourage everyone to stay away from here.

Professional, kind, VERY responsive & cares about the safety of your family & home. They are fair in pricing & talk with you, not at you. Lee Smith is the owner. He & his crew have been together for YEARS. They come in, assess the situation, talk through the game plan & get to work quickly & efficiently (check out the crazy wood chipper). The team works together- never seen anything like it. They also clean up behind themselves. If it wasn't for the big stump sticking out I would have never known they were at the house. Lee manages the paperwork, insurance claims & schedules. Communication is everything! No dumb questions & he is so nice and genuinely real to each & every client!! I have sent numerous clients his way & every one came back with, "Lee is the best, I will use them again." This speaks volumes. So, as I wait for my claim to be accepted I thought I would take a moment & preach the great word about Southland Tree Service!!!!

I hired Artscape to manage the weed control for my lawn after I had a total knee replacement April…read more2025. For about 10 months they came monthly to apply weed control. Fast forward to Spring 2026 they killed the weeds and the grass. I called them and they came out and I asked why would you continue to spray when the weeds and the grass were obviously dead? Even though they could not explain they suggested they put me on another type of plan and when I said no more they generously refunded me for one month. I don't know how they applied weed control for 10 months killed the grass and weeds, but the weeds keeps coming back. I feel like they used the incorrect application on my lawn, but they will never admit to that, but the dead/missing grass speaks for itself.

In early 2023 we started noticing a proliferation of broadleaf and brought it to the attention of Artscape by speaking with Michelle on May 3, 2023. She informed us that the upcoming treatments would take care of the broadleaf issue and unfortunately they never did. Along with my complaint, I did email them copies of pictures from April 2023 up until June 27, 2023 showing the problem with the broadleaf still existed. I don't know if they changed their formula or if we were being cheated but our yard has never looked this bad. On June 27, 2023, I made note of the complaint in the last bill I paid online for the June 20 service, and I also sent a detailed email with the pictures mentioned above requesting to speak with the owner or a manager. We terminated our business relationship with them on August 9, 2023 due to lack of response to the complaint made on the June 20 bill paid online and lack of response to the June 27, 2023 email. This is evidence of a business not caring about it's customers as far as I'm concerned.
