He told me they just needed to finish another job before coming to mine. After more than a week passed with no communication, I began calling again on June 29. Over the next couple of weeks, I spoke with the answering service several times and was told each time that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I also left multiple voicemail messages through July 13, and none of them were returned. Today, July 15, I have Strongman Tree Service scheduled to do the work because I simply couldn't wait any longer. My disappointment isn't about the price--it's about the complete lack of communication and follow-through. If Above All wasn't interested in taking on a smaller job or was too busy, I would have appreciated being told that. Instead, I was left waiting and wondering. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Above All Tree Service.
