Questions asked about what our needs were and how we wanted it done. When the crew showed up, Adam and the guys were wonderful. Went over with us what was going to be done. Told us exactly where the trees would fall. Watching them was such a joy. So percise they were. If any questions needed to be asked, they came right to us. Where to begin...two large trees at least 80ft+ in a sloped back yard. Our backyard created a…read morereally big challenge for these guys, which, BTW, is a family crew that includes three sons and their stepfather; they each worked their butts off. It ended up being a two-day job; it was that challenging! It would have been a lot easier on the guys had we had access to the backyard for their crane and other heavy equipment, but alas, it is what it is... I would definitely recommend this business; they were diligent, friendly and professional while doing the job. The cleaned up the mess as good as one can expect after such a big and messy job. Our neighbor even asked if they would take down a couple of his trees while they were here. They were accommodating extending their already long, hot and exhausting days at this location to meet the neighbor's request. Anyone needing trees removed need to be patient and understanding with any crew; there will be a mess, that's to be expected, but these guys were great.

Upon arrival to my in-laws, I saw that our tree situation had changed. The limb that was hanging had now fallen. Gregg and I agreed that it was an extremely small job and I knew that my husband and I could clean up the limb. But, my husband had another plan in mind. He wanted a pile of limbs in the back cleaned up along with the one in the front. So, he called Gregg back and told him what he wanted. Gregg went back to my in-laws' looked at what my husband wanted and emailed us a quote. We have signed off on the job and we are on the schedule!
