Questions asked about what our needs were and how we wanted it done. When the crew showed up, Adam and the guys were wonderful. Went over with us what was going to be done. Where to begin...two large trees at least 80ft+ in a sloped back yard. It ended up being a two-day job; it was that challenging! It would have been a lot easier on the guys had we had access to the backyard for their crane and other heavy equipment, but alas, it is what it is... I would definitely recommend this business; they were diligent, friendly and professional while doing the job. The cleaned up the mess as good as one can expect after such a big and messy job. Our neighbor even asked if they would take down a couple of his trees while they were here. They were accommodating extending their already long, hot and exhausting days at this location to meet the neighbor's request. Anyone needing trees removed need to be patient and understanding with any crew; there will be a mess, that's to be expected, but these guys were great.

Unfortunately, that date did NOT work for me. I also didn't appreciate a unilateral date being set up without consulting me. Nevertheless, I rejected the date and suggested other dates and identified what days in the week did not work for me. The scheduler responded that the date they had selected was the only one they would offer due to crews being in the neighborhood. I immediately terminated our agreement due to poor customer service. I will be looking for a new contractor.
