Unfortunately we always talk more about the bad than the good but in this case avoid this company whenever you can. Contacted them in regards to a rental property in Safety Harbor. Real estate agent would only text me and never call me back. The reasoning was that she was in jury duty. No problem, we visited home and met homeowners and co-worker that Heide sent to rent the home. Everything was great, homeowners loved us. We told them we would fill out the application since we were more than qualified and just sold our million dollar home. We were waiting for the market to settle and a couple years in a rental would be perfect for us. That night application was filled out and completed for $110.00. Being more than qualified we called the agent the next day, confirmed she received, confirmed we are ready to move in and all I needed was a call back to answer some questions. She said she couldn't and was in jury duty. I asked for a call before jury duty and or after jury duty. Ignored every single request. My wife called. Ignored her too. 2 weeks later she was still not calling back. We went to home and asked homeowners if it is still for rent and they said yes but unfortunately this real estate agent is not doing the proper work for her foreign customers and she is taking advantage of them. This house is now on the market for over 38 days and still not rented. Luckily for us you didn't rent it out as God had a plan and we found a million dollar home to purchase instead of renting. Thank god we didn't rent through you guys as you would have probably been the property management too. MAN COULD YOU IMAGINE THE HORROR WE WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH WITH A COMPANY LIKE YOURS ON A DAILY/MONTHLY BASIS IF WE WOULD HAVE RENTED How in the world can you be a real estate agent if you don't call people back and hide behind a text.
