Katrina took care of everything On moving-in day, Mark had returned from his overseas vacation. He met me and the movers at the house and to my surprise had taken pictures of the entire house and yard on his tablet, showed me all the pictures for my signature and emailed me all 96 pictures later that day for my record. He gave me a welcome home kit that had a small hand towel and travel size laundry detergent, dish soap, dish washer detergent and a dish scrubber. I later received a follow up/welcome home phone call from Katrina and an email. She had sent me all to phone number to change the utilities in my name. I also signed up on their website to view my account and billing. I can request maintenance and report any issues on the website and the emergency phone number is listed too. I enrolled in monthly electronic auto pay. These folk take property management to a new level. They made my dreaded move painless. I can't thank them enough.

Rent it charges a mandatory $30/month which covers an air filter that can be purchased for less at Walmart, and although it's called a "Benefits Package" there are no benefits - they don't even effectively communicate with the HOA on the tenant's behalf. The Covid-19 pandemic forced me to work from home and once I received word we would be working from home for at least till after next summer we moved up our moving plans. We put our home up for sale in Indiana and it took most of the summer to sell. Once we got an accepted offer, we scheduled a week in the Tampa to look at homes. Jonathan met us the day after we arrived and had set up several homes that were on our watch list. The market was so hot that many homes would go under contract before we could tour them. Jonathan did a great job of rearranging our schedule to see as many homes as we could. We found a home we put a bid on but they took another offer since our house in Indiana had not closed. We were pretty disappointed but Jonathan continued to research homes and found a couple that were just outside of the area we were looking at turned out to be the perfect location for us. The seller was out of state but Jonathan kept the process moving along to get it done in a reasonable timeframe. All through the process Jonathan did a great job of keeping us on track of what we needed to do and went well beyond what any realtor has ever done for us. The seller picked a title company that had many bad reviews and our experience was bad also. Jonathan helped us navigate the many documents and explained many things that the title company should have explained. So glad we had him to guide us through the process! I have used many realtors over the years but Jonathan is head and shoulders above any I have ever had to represent us in the home buying process. With Levi, he would listen to the price range you are considering selling and will give you his realistic opinion based on his vast experience and comps in the area. For me, this was in itself a sign that he knows his stuff and wants to ensure your house sells instead of languishing on the market due to being overpriced. My house sold at listing price, and he was there every step of the way diligently coordinating with the buyer's agent to facilitate the process until closing. A few things stood out for me: 1. He is very responsive and communicative - This alone is the single biggest reason why I feel he's hands down the best agent that I've encountered (I've had a couple of buy and sell in the past).
