Arbors Management managed my rental house in Belleair Bluffs for a year. Justin Hall was the…read morerepresentative. Arbors secured and vetted a tenant in a couple of weeks- which was excellent! They managed the payments and we had no issues with money transfers and accounting. A couple of house problems (old AC unit and pool sensor broke) were fixed/replaced in a timely manner under their guidance with suggested contractors. Communication was fantastic! Also, we sold our house with Arbors as the broker company, and Justin was the agent; the whole Arbors team helped. Justin did a great job to make the house look good, coordinated a new roof installation, had open houses and assisted with the sale. We were very please to work with Justin and Arbors and would gladly recommend them!

I rented two properties through Arbors Management and have nothing but great things to say about…read morethe business and all the people in their office. First, they are local to Clearwater and Tampa Bay area and know the area inside and out as well as various contractors such as plumbers, etc. since I had some minor repairs needed while I rented. If you are a renter, you can stop by the office and they will take care of you because they are local, not some 1-800 press#6 that you will never meet or reach! One of the condos I rented was owned by -someone out of the country. So owners and renters should know that Arbors will do a good job and take care of things as if the property was their own. I recommend them and when I return to Florida I will either rent or buy through them, Probably both...

The absolute worse! Richard Drago rarely returned any of my numerous emails. I had a written okay…read moreto proceed with hiring my drywall contractor. The drywall is paid by our HOA. After receiving, after numerous calls, the number was good, I signed a contract with a general Contractor. I got stiffed the one thousand that I paid the contractor. The 2024 board delegated this task to Richard. Both the board and Richard Drago tried to tell me, "that according to a trusted vendor a permit was not required.". I contact the Largo building permit office and they informed all interest parties that a permit was required. Contractors get paid 1/2 on signing. I had to come up with the payment and wait forever to get reimbursed. I don't know who was more incompetent Forestbrook I Association or Jim Nobles management. I blame both of them. I was requested to get two estimates. How ironic that an exterior building repair was made without seeking any bids and that repair was made by the sitting board president. Glad I have moved from the slippery ways Forestbrook I Association was managed. I have kept all my correspondence both with the board and Jim Nobles management. My next stop is the department of business regulations, which gives it more powers over seeing Condominium associations. More specifically conflicts of interest as in having a board member becoming a paid vendor. Was a permit pulled???

You are hired to work for the owners of these associations and you are horrible at it! You work for them, understand? No customer Svc and you are just "paper pushers". You said so yourself Sheron. There are so many great property managers in town, this is not one of them.
