It was a little small for us, as I run a business out of my house, but that aside, Fayola and Jackee have gone out of their way to make my wife and I feel like Florida is our home. They both have a relaxed, yet professional, can-do attitude. They also have very good working relationships with various local vendors and building security. Our lease expired recently, and we needed to move again. Fayola was out of the office for maternity, leaving Jackee to hold the fort. And hold it she did. Spoke to a guy named joe…read morethat had a condo for rent in clearwater for 1200 dollars per month,all this guy wanted was cash constantly asking if we wanted to book the condo, he needed half cash that night. I'm not stupid I'll never hand cash over for anything without seeing it and seeing paperwork that he was legit. So we set a time that night just to see it and see if we were even interested, we had a hour and a half drive to get there, so we arrived at the property and we texted joe to see the property, he never texted our answered any of our calls. We waited for almost a hour for him to contact us and he never did. Must of called 10 times and left 20 text messages never responded back. So we drove back home and left joe a nice text about this bs he pulled, he had the nerve to text us back at midnight asking if we were ready to book and had cash on hand. Not sure what is the deal with these people but there will be a call put in the bbb about these scammers. Beware of these people

Then when I informed the management company they wanted me to sign my rights away to stay or get out. So of course I chose to move out. Now they are claiming my 1000.00 deposit saying I caused the Mold in the unit. The unit upstairs had a flood and had renovated twice because of Mold. I guess they are to stupid to understand the laws of water physics. Please do not trust them. They will scam you out of your money. The absolute worse! Richard Drago rarely returned any of my numerous emails. I had a written okay…read moreto proceed with hiring my drywall contractor. The drywall is paid by our HOA. After receiving, after numerous calls, the number was good, I signed a contract with a general Contractor. I got stiffed the one thousand that I paid the contractor. The 2024 board delegated this task to Richard. Both the board and Richard Drago tried to tell me, "that according to a trusted vendor a permit was not required.". I contact the Largo building permit office and they informed all interest parties that a permit was required. Contractors get paid 1/2 on signing. I had to come up with the payment and wait forever to get reimbursed. I don't know who was more incompetent Forestbrook I Association or Jim Nobles management. I blame both of them. I was requested to get two estimates. How ironic that an exterior building repair was made without seeking any bids and that repair was made by the sitting board president. Glad I have moved from the slippery ways Forestbrook I Association was managed. I have kept all my correspondence both with the board and Jim Nobles management. My next stop is the department of business regulations, which gives it more powers over seeing Condominium associations. More specifically conflicts of interest as in having a board member becoming a paid vendor. Was a permit pulled???
