I took my phone in for a screen repair and it came back worse than when I took it in. Oh, and they charged my nearly $450 for it. Pros: The screen is no longer cracked. Cons: Screen and backing were replaced with off brand parts (I was not informed this prior to installation). I was charged more for the off brand screen than what Samsung lists as a replacement screen costing. Samsung's website lists a a new screen for my model at $249. I was charged closer to $280 for the third party one. Since the screen was not as high a quality, the top of my screen now has a green tint to it. After installation, the phone now has a VERY poor sound quality. The Dolby Atmos now sounds like it is being projected from a tin can. After the first time I took the phone in, the backing was not properly installed. It was not attached in several places and caused the phone to rattle loudly when vibrating. I took it back to have it reattached and received it back with glue all over the phone. After wiping it off with a tech friendly wipe, there were also several scuffs revealed that were not previously there. Bugs that may not be related, but appeared only after receiving my phone back: The phone WILL NOT play any notification sounds. I have tried fixing every setting and bug fix I could find on the internet. I even factory reset the phone and they will not work. Vibration is all I can get. I do not get signal at all in places I never had issues with before. I randomly do not receive calls. This was tested with someone sitting right next to me. I wanted to support a local business, but I wasted so much time going back and forth and I could have bought a totally refurbished phone for what they charged me. I ended up having to buy a new phone anyway because I cannot work with a phone that does notify me of messages or take calls.

They tried to tell me I should get a whole keyboard instead .. FYI buttons are replaceable.....They took 35.00 as a deposit allegedly as they presented it to my son. They stated they couldn't order parts for it, because they don't know how to get the correct ones... they should have told my son that before taking the 35.00. I finally was able to pick up the computer and they wouldn't refund the 35.00. WOW RIPPED OFF A CONSUMER. Wasn't my fault you didn't take care of the computer you just wanted to tell me I should get another keyboard.. and upcharge a consumer...HORRIBLE COMPANY

I took a phone in to simply have a charging port changed out…read more That led to them breaking the screen on my phone (which they wanted me to pay for), loosing the lens to the camera on the phone, to ruining the antenna and God knows what else. My phone worked when I took it in - had to charge it on a wireless station - now it will not charge with the supposedly new charging port nor will it charge with the wireless charger like it initially did. The home button no longer works on phone as well. Everything on phone was in good working order minus the charging port when I dropped it off. It took them 4 days to get it back to me even though they told me that it would take 1/2 a day for the repair. Then to top it off they wanted me to pay for the screen they broke and they wanted me to pay for the repair that destroyed my working phone. I none the less had to buy a new phone after it was all said and done. Customer beware just because they advertise they can repair it does not make it so!!!! I would look up a reputable place of business and take my items there to be repaired - THIS PLACE IS NOT A GOOD PLACE - THEY DESTROYED MY PHONE - IT IS USELESS AFTER THE SERVICE THEY PERFORMED - WHERE BEFORE IT WORKED FINE MINUS THE CHARGING PORT!

It was supposed to be all new stuff in it. it was a windows XP that had been upgraded with several things not on because the mother board and hardware could not run everything in that windows version. It had downloaded porn on it . also a video of the worker and dog in shop. Told me that i could not get the card reader and did not want to put dbl cd/dvd in it. They charged almost 700 bucks for it to . VERY VERY rude and hateful . called to see if they offered support for it since it cost so much. unbelievably just way rude when we took it back because of the porn and it being used they tried to say that wasn't true but there it was on my computer not to mention well the guy was still logged in on Google forgot to log out. I asked for all my boxes for the Mother board , Graphics,etc... only got the graphics and when we took it back in they switched the good graphics card for less quality one .VERY HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND These guys unless you want to be lied to ripped off. Im still shocked about this . The older man was nice and was he was pissed at guys for what they did he told them to give me what I wanted. well it was a massive rip off for that much money .
