Very good service, easy appointment set up, and friendly. I had to set up a last min appointment to get my seats steamed, the online portal makes everything easy. It was a little ways away from me but, I didn't mind the drive. This is a family owned business, the young lady who handled the front desk and service orders was very knowledgeable. I received a package with interior deep clean and a basic wash for 125. They cleaned out the ventilation as well. Process took 2 hours. I would bring my car back for more if it needed it. Keep up the good work! Thank you. read more

I purchased the full package Steam interiors, paint polish and I have them applied the ceramic coating. The result were impressive. The car looks brand new inside and outside. I had some major paint issue that they were able to fix. The interior (white) came brand new and the odor went away. Totally worth the time and the money. Levi was the one who took care of me and he suggested the best package for my case. 5 start well deserved. read more

Went on a Wednesday and got a quote for $125 and was told to come back following day at 9:30am. Went back and was told that wax wasn't included neither was shampoo. Price went up to $225 "ok, As long as it's perfect" I said. WOW! Wax wasn't done and neither was shampoo! They said no shampoo only steam machine (waterless). I was told shampoo and wax! Owner didn't care and said I had to pay anyways. They spoke in Russian most of the time and all they would say was "pay or call police". I paid and left cause police can't get involved in civil matters. ‍ I wouldn't recommend or go there again. I said "just wax it and I'll get it later" they replied "$275 more to wax". Horrible service! read more

After a long search for good car wash places, that is affordable and satisfying, I found this place through a friend of mine. You know one of those guys that have their car always mirror like! I have used them for mobile car service in Feb and was so happy with their job. The guy was so dedicated on the job and did an amazing job. We got both my car and my wife's Minivan (we have three kids, so it needed Jesus), done. I tried several other car washes during this year, and no one did it as good as these guys do. This place has great customer service, people that enjoy the work they do! It's very reasonable price for the work they do! They have me as their customer for life! read more

I booked an appointment online for Saturday, May 14th at 10am. I received a confirmation email, however when I arrived the business was closed, doors were locked, nobody in sight. This car wash is expensive $35 for in/out but it's worth the splurge like every 3 months because the steaming technique really does make your car look sparkly. I have an old 2006 car and every few months I'll spend the money and take it here to miami steam wash and it's really more clean than a regular car wash. The inside looks and feels fresh not to mention that they make my exterior look like glass.. spotless. I'll post a picture later read more

Let me just start by saying I am completely amazed and truly happy I tried out this company! I work transporting dogs so my car is always full of their hair and they always manage to spill stuff and get my car dirty with their paws specially when it rains. I downloaded their app (Steam Wash) set up an appointment, received confirmation text, and they even arrived 10 minutes earlier to the appt. My car was left absolutely stunning! The stains in my fabric seats were gone and the vacuum job was very well done. I wish I had before pictures but thank god i only have after photos, it would be embarrassing for you all to see how it looked like before, disgusting! I love that they only took an hour and the car looked AMAZING!! The way it looked felt like it should have taken longer. read more

Did NOT have a pleasant time at this car wash when they were done waxing my car there was still bird crap so I talked with the manager (Luca) and was very unprofessional about how my wash came out he said the workers are like robots they only wash what I tell them and that was his only explanation all I can say is great job from a hand car wash I recommend who ever reads this might as well go to a drive through where robots actually clean the bird crap off your car read more

So I drive a 2015 Mercedes E400 coupe. I replaced my 2 rear tires yesterday and went to Mercedes today for an alignment and inspection. My car got a good bill of health so I decided to get it detailed. The interior of my car is a light colour and I'm not gonna lie it was gross. So I saw the commercial for this steam place and decided to bring it there. I go and I get a quote for $275. I pay it and I leave my car. I go back to pick my car up and I checking things out. I won't lie they did a good job. I go to put my passenger seat back to where I like to have it and I notice that the switch on my door is now loose and the seat is not responding. I bring it to their attention and the lady who is in charge said to me, well your car is old. At that point, I got in my car and left. I sent a text message to the "boss" Levi and will share them if need be. He said he would have a meeting with his staff. I also told him I can give him my receipt from mercedes as well as my service manager's phone number. I will update this review once I get his reply. The unprofessionalism they displayed really marred the job they did. I'll await his response before I take further actions. Update 1) So after I posted this review on. I got a text message from the owner telling me the conversation was closed. So I thanked him for letting me know how to proceed. So now I'm posting on yelp. read more

If you're looking to get a car wash, your best bet is just to show up here. I visited their website, downloaded their app and even tried calling to set up an appointment and all of my efforts were useless. They must use some kind of call center, because the person I spoke to clearly doesn't work at this location. That was all really frustrating, but I still wanted to give them a try. I'm glad that I did because they really do a great job at deep cleaning and detailing. Sadly, they do not honor the $5 off when you check in on Yelp. When I asked about it, the lady explained to me that they have a rewards system for return visits. Luckily, I plan on returning. read more

I was initially nervous about having the interior steam cleaned (water & heat) and the electrical system. After reading great reviews, I decided to move forward with the detailing as I really wanted my carpet and engine cleaned. The staff was very friendly, service was quick and price for what I wanted was very reasonable. I am out of state or I would continue to patronize this business. I was impress as the engine looked brand new considering the car is 13yrs old. read more

I finally got my bike seen by the closet shop and of course I need a new chain, new battery and they got water into my coolant some freaking way.. they say they took pictures and yes they did.. only problem here is it's the pictures after they screwed my chain up as well as everything else.. it's when I was leaving. Too much drama to book an appointment. I called in to get a quote and they couldn't even give me a quote without telling me someone else would call me back in a few hours. Didn't want to do a same-day appointment, they wanted me to wait. Then the woman said I had to download one or two different applications on my phone in order to make the appointment, I couldn't just come there and she couldn't just make it for me. Way too much drama to make an appointment. I will just go with somebody else that doesn't make it so complicated. And to the owner who thinks I am "cruel and rude", perhaps you should educate the people who answer your phone on the process you want followed because everything I posted is what SHE told me about your business. She said I could not make an appointment over the phone and if I wanted to make one I had to download an app. She could not answer basic questions about service methods. I did not have time to wait for a call-back. I dont need to see your work to know that, based on your policy on downloading some app to make an appointment and then your "customer service" both via multiple messages in all caps to my personal cell which I did not authorize you to contact and on Yelp, that is enough for me to be absolutely positive this is not the type of business I would ever frequent. read more

Been here a couple times for detailing my car. They are honest about pricing and customizing detailing.

Very professional and friendly. $95 to have my entire car detailed. It looks brand new. More importantly, my seats had some serious stains that another car wash couldn't get out, AT ALL, and it cost $60. I was shocked at how clean my seats came out. There is a tiny tiny remnant of the stain left, that you can only notice if you're looking for it. (I uploaded before and after pictures in the gallery) These guys are worth every dollar, and they do professional, thorough work. read more

The real deal in auto detailing in a city where the real deal is usually a marketing/advertising fabrication. I took my Land Rover to them fully expecting I'd need to clean my baby up better when I got home. Lo and behold they actually impressed me. First, let's start with the fact that they are car people, courteous, professional and have a good sense of humor. All attributes I can appreciate. Second, they did what they said they were going to do - wow, integrity in Miami, that's a shocker. Third, my SUV looked AWESOME. I'm selling her and I left thinking "Oh, baby I don't want to sell you!" Highly recommend them for detailing and I'll be testing them out for ongoing car washes. I've not been able to find a single spot in Miami to replace the quality of car wash or detail from LA. These guys though, they impressed me. read more

I called today and asked how much does it cost to wash a car. A lady on the phone said she doesn't know the price. My questions are: " How can't you know the price of your service?" "Why do you have your cell on website if nobody can help with the most simple information?" " How old is your company if you don't know your own prices?" I believe customers have a right to know the price before they will choose your service and spend time to get to your place. Wouldn't come. Never heard this before from customer service:" I don't know the prices!" read more

Came in with limited time and I was told it would be under 30 minutes to wash the outside of my car and detail the inside... over an hour later and I'm still sitting here. About an hour in a Russian man came in and informed me that the inside of my car was done and was being taken over to wash the outside. Another 15-17 min he says. When I asked why it was taking so long he pointed to the cop car that came in after me and said verbatim "you know cops in a corrupt city come first you know" Never coming back here again. When you spend $50 to have a basic detail job done to your car you expect someone to at least pretend they appreciate your business. read more

I recently got a full detail from Miami Total Steam Auto Detailing Ctr. The service and experience were okay. First of all, I called them to schedule an appointment for a mobile detail which they no longer offer. I was told I didn't need an appointment to get a full detail. Just show up. So I did. After arriving at their location for a full detail, I was told that I would need an appointment to get a headlight restoration which comes with the full detail pkg. The person that provides that service is there only on certain days. I was disappointed with this because I wanted to get everything done the same day. I was told by their staff, Kristina, that I could come back to have the headlights done w/ no charge. They did have the detail done within the estimated time frame of 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I went to pick it up right before they closed. I was pleased with the work that was done on the inside of my car. The exterior was okay. I was expecting my car and wheels to be shinier. It also had a couple of smudges on it from the wax. Before and after going in to pay for the service, one worker kept asking for a tip and I told him I didn't have cash and he proceeded to show me the tip box and said I could leave a tip when I pay inside - which I already knew. Another worker questioned me about a tip as I was leaving out of their office. I understand it's a pandemic and times are hard, but customers should never feel pressured to leave a tip. Out of all the car washes I've been to my entire life, this is the first time I experienced that type of aggressiveness from their workers. That was not cool. The next day I called to make an appointment for the headlight restoration service. I spoke to two different call center operators who both kept telling me to bring the car in at any time. I told them the staff person told me I needed an appointment. They couldn't give me an appointment and left my msg to the staff. That was annoying. I remembered I had the staff person's number so I texted her. She told me the person who does the headlight restoration is on vacation and she will let me know when he returns. That was almost two weeks ago. I've heard nothing back. Overall, I would say the full detail is not worth the $200 I paid. To TCC Wash - if all of the services that come with the full detail, such as the headlight restoration, are no longer offered - first of all, take it off your website and tell customers it's not offered. Be upfront about it instead of telling a customer you can and will do a service and then don't do the job. Secondly, if anyone plans on taking your car there, DO NOT get info. from the call center operators because they don't have accurate info. All they will tell you is - you don't need an appointment and bring your car in at their location during business hours. Ask to speak with a staff person or leave a msg. Make sure you clarify with the staff all of the services that will be provided and if an appointment is needed for any of them ahead of time. Good luck! read more
