I went to them for inspection and replacement, and after brief contact, they dropped off the map and failed to respond to my text messages. Don't buy into their top quality, lifetime warranty bull. Better just to buy the cheapest film available and expect to replace it every 4-5 years. The owner, Vitaly followed up with me and offered to fix the problem. He replaced the defective film under warranty and made it perfect again. Then Monday at noon. Then 3:30. Then, after I wasted my entire day waiting around Miami, "actually, not today." When I FINALLY got the truck back, they had the wrong color lettering, put lettering on incorrectly so it looked like crap, somehow managed to spell my company name WRONG, and, incredibly, wrapped multiple panels of the truck in a completely different shade of green. It wasn't even some intensive design either. Very simple. So they took it back to fix everything. Promised it back the same day. Surprise: missed that deadline too. Lenny the Liar could never keep his promises. It took them 1 month to actually get it done correctly. What was supposed to be 2-3 days. After all of this, despite previously telling me they would adjust the invoice, they actually expected me to pay the full $7,000+ bill. Another LIE they told. When I refused, they sent me a demand letter through an attorney and threatened to sue me. Here's my favorite part: I originally offered them a fair adjustment to the invoice. They refused. After all the demand letters, attorney threats, etc., trying to get the full amount, they eventually took less than what I had originally offered. You cannot make this shit up. Just another opportunity for them to waste my time and make the whole experience worse. Working with CWD was hounding people, broken deadline after broken deadline, receiving a truck with my company name SPELLED WRONG, getting two shades of what should've been one color, having the truck taken back for major corrections, being without my vehicle for way longer than expected, fighting over the bill, and then getting threatened with a lawsuit. Never again. I trusted all the good reviews and thought it warranted paying their inflated prices. Do NOT make the same mistake I made. There's other companies who are a lot cheaper and likely don't put their customers thru the wringer.
