I called 2-3 times a week asking about cancellations to get in sooner. No luck. When I saw Dr. L, and told him about the sudden hearing loss, he responded 'Well, if you had come in right away, I probably could have helped you! He also said he can't control what the appointment staff tells patients. He said the only thing he could do was give me shots in my ear which didn't help. I had my initial at home sleep study completed, in January. Everything was covered by my insurance with no issues. I was told that I had sleep apnea and needed to do another sleep study in office, to be calibrated for a CPAP. I called to schedule this follow up appointment, in February (one month later) and they are telling me that they are no longer in-network with my insurance provider. I verify on my insurance providers website and with a representative from my insurance company that they are indeed still in-network and there have been no changes. I have spent multiple hours on the phone trying to get scheduled and I have been placed on hold, transferred, and hung-up on.
