I had wind damage to my house and shed roof from some nasty storms that came through in early June. I had no idea what to expect or what to do. It's not like my roof was blown off, a bunch of shingles in different locations were broken off or sticking up in the air. Andy came out to inspect my roof and explained all the damaged locations and why they can't just be nailed back down or just replace the damaged ones. He took the time and answered all my questions, which was a lot. I called my Insurance company, filed the initial claim and Andy took over from there. I didn't have to deal with the insurance adjustor nor their inspector. Andy met with them and handled everything. All I had to do was pick out what color of shingles I wanted!! Within a few days, supplies were delivered to my house, stacked neatly and ready to go. Day or 2 later the crew showed up to start the roof and dang they were efficient. Everyone of them had a job to do and they worked non-stop and finished everything. You could tell they were a highly experienced crew, that roof came off so fast! They put tarps on the ground to protect my deck, flower beds and keep the nails from being lost in the grass. After the roof was completely off they immediately started on putting the new felt paper and shingles on, and had a worker on the ground cleaning up the old roofing and throwing it in their dumpster. After the guy had the ground cleaned up, he used a rolling magnet to make sure no nails ended up in the grass!! Andy also stopped out during the day to check in and see how things were going and if I had any questions or problems. Everything was so smooth, I can't even think of one issue during the process. I can't thank you enough for making this disaster as painless as you did. I hope I never need roofing services again but rest assure if I do, Roof Monster will be on it!!

John's crew told my wife that they should seal the brand new pavement that day, and it would cost an extra $1000. No one contacted me, and my wife was convinced by John's team that this was appropriate. All of the research I have done says that sealing before the pavement cures is a bad approach. John was very rude to me when I spoke to him, and literally said I should be mad at my wife for agreeing to pay the extra $1000. He hung up on me when I called to complain. I consider John and his team to be untrustworthy.

I know during the pandemic staffing was hard, and yes there were struggles for staffing or illness. What everyone who rated isn't admitting, is all daycares were going through that struggle. Since then, as Widdle Ones, Rajshree and her husband made a lot of improvements and reached out to the parents for q and a's for input on what changes they hoped to see. They improved the curriculum and made changes to staff for the better of the facility, and we definitely noticed those improvements. They made more efforts to connect with families, doing more involved events and were working on possibly getting organized outings. I really believe they have the family's best interests and continue to try to grow, and they really did great work to prepare and inspire our son for kindergarten. We would recommend and intend to use them again if we decide to have more children. Give widdle ones on carmen road a chance!

The…read morefollowing is a copy and paste from the Maple Leaf Administration dated July 12, 2021: "Dear MLCC Families, As many of you are aware, it has been extremely difficult to find and retain qualified staff since the pandemic began. Some of our centers have had to close classrooms or turn away families due to lack of staff. Many businesses are trying to hire more staff to accommodate their needs but the number of qualified candidates applying is very low. This poses a significant challenge for us to operate effectively. In this competitive market, we feel to retain and employ qualified staff members we need to increase our pay scale. As a result, we have found it necessary to implement a tuition increase to our current families which will go into effect the week of August 23rd, 2021. At this time, our hours of operation will remain modified until more qualified staff can be hired. Once the staffing is stable again, we can extend our hours back to "normal". We will do this as soon as possible. We strive to provide the best possible care for your family, and we appreciate you choosing Maple Leaf as your childcare provider. Attached is the new tuition rate sheet. If you have any questions, please speak to your Center Director. Sincerely, Maple Leaf Administration" They increased their tuition rates because they cannot hire enough staff, and they send your child home when they cannot properly provide care for him or her. So essentially, parents are paying for their child to be sent home because MLCC admittedly cannot care for your son or daughter even though you are paying them to do so. Due to the lack of staff, the current staff that are there are overworked resulting in an obvious increase in their stress level which is visually and auditorily evident. One wonders why they cannot hire enough staff??? Maybe if they had a competent director and a more personable assistant director, they might have a bit more luck with "qualified candidates" applying!!!
