My experience here was more of a lesson than anything. The inside is white, clean and updated. It is small and they surely have a mostly older clientele, so don't expect any of the new crazy nail trends. I'm basic so I didn't mind at first. I really just wanted the peaceful environment. Plus it's a more holistic space that does offer products and services that don't utilize cheap, toxic ingredients. Where they lost me was the quality of the work and the constant hounding to upsell other services. I was a walk-in, and it seemed that all of the coveted nail techs were booked. I received a woman who seemed more auxiliary in nature when it came to her talent -- good for taking off polish, setting services up, etc. The manicure/pedicure itself was fine albeit a little rough on the cuticle care. The gel polish was on the verge of horrible, and it surely was not pretty. I was already annoyed because she relentlessly talked me out of the color I wanted because it wasn't a "summer color" (I hadn't been to the nail salon in a while and figured I'd just follow along). What I got with this new summer color was flooded cuticles. Bulky layers. It was one of those things that doesn't appear bad until it grows out. Yikes. I realize now that I didn't take pictures because I truly hated it. Shame on me for not speaking up more. There was a language barrier but she was trying to push through it, mainly to sell eyebrow services to me even though I clearly wanted to sit in silence and enjoy the services I asked for. She kept saying "look sexy" which I found hilarious but eventually annoying as I realized it's just to hound me about an eyebrow service which I gladly do on my own. I kept telling her no and tried to do it nicely. I thought we understood each other but then at the end of the mani/pedi she grabs my purse (?!?!) and excitedly walks to a back room. Of course I follow until I realize we're at the eyebrow station. Girl WHAT?! I calmly grab my bag and just flat out say NO. She then checks me out deflated and in silence. I left a tip out of pity because wow. I won't spend money or time here again, which sucks because the facilities are really beautiful and quaint and convenient for me. Maybe they can push their older clientele around like that which is concerning? It was the friendliest aggression I've ever experienced. Now Kim (the owner) seems to be the real pull here and good at her job so if you go, try to schedule with her... good luck!

I was introduced to Kim Le, the owner of the salon through my manicurist. I call the Spa the "Fried Green Tomatoes" of Atlanta. Friendly, Excellent service. Great pricing. They have it all. I wanted to treat a girlfriend to a Spa Day for her birthday. Kim was so accommodating! We scheduled a full facial for both of us as well as manicure, pedicures. Kim's facial was honestly the best facial I have ever had. It was so relaxing. Kim takes time for the details and is an expert at her trade. I had a full facial complete with microdermabrasion. Literally I started going here and I got stopped going through TSA because one of the TSA girls needed to know if my lashes were extensions and if they were where I got them done. I've been getting lashes for apx 6 years now and I'm more used to having one dedicated lash girl...but this place takes training and technique so seriously that I just book online with whoever is first available because they're ALL THAT GOOD! Julie was the first gal that ever did my lashes here - she was transitioning me from having seen another lash artist for a while a did a FLAWLESS job giving me a really full, dramatic classic set. I've seen Robin a few times, she helped transition me from classic to volume and was so fantastic at understanding what I wanted and also what would look best on me based on eye/face shape/lash line etc. I love that she's meticulous! Akira is the gal I see most often and she is just freaking amazing. She's so much fun to spend time with while being the most professional, thorough perfectionist (the dream qualities of a lash artist!!) I joked once that I always leave her feeling super vain because I go home and take a million selfies but IT'S TRUE. She gets exactly how far she can push the drama on my volume set without making it look overdone. Also...okay, you should never be late, but once I WAS late and she took extra time to make sure I was still at 100% fullness when I left. It was so so kind of her to do when I was the one that messed up and was late. I'm in love. Morgan is a dang master and I adore her so much. I'm amazed at how much knowledge she has of her craft and how passionate she is! She has great advice to give about lashes and skincare and ... of course ... does flawless work. I don't know what EXACTLY she does that's so subtly different when it comes to lengths/widths/overall shape but I've never looked better.
