The procedure was EXTREMELY painful to have endured for ZERO results. Down time was lengthier than what I was told. When I went for my 3 month post-op, I was seen by an assistant, they took photos and even the assistant noticed the lack of results-literally no difference in photos from before to after. At almost 1 yr. post-surgery I was still experiencing sharp pains, numbness & soreness. I am HIGHLY disappointed & very upset that I fell for the hype and paid so much [$17,500] to have NOTHING to show for it. Over 17K is nothing to sneeze at-at least for me it's not. The doctor [Bedford] is the professional & if they didn't believe me to be a good candidate then they should have given the proper advice i.e. " you're a great candidate for this, but not so much for that", but of course it seems money was more important & why am I not surprised. Shame on AIRSCULPT. I'm clearly not alone here judging from other reviews. What they've done is not ethical. When the office contacted me, they offered to "take a look" & perhaps correct something BUT I would be INSANE & NAIVE to go back under the knife with AIRSCULPT when they were the ones to mess up to begin with. I also have to add that at some point in between sedation & semi-consciousness, I was shown a picture of "fat" they said was extracted from me BUT hindsight, now I believe that was a lie and could possibly be a container they just whip out at the end of a procedure to get the "wow" factor. I am actively exploring all available avenues to determine whether legal action is warranted. I find it difficult to believe that I am the only individual experiencing these concerns. Unless AirSculpt is prepared to discuss an appropriate refund or meaningful resolution, there is no need to contact me further. I take this matter very seriously and do not view it as a trivial issue.

Although this wasn't my first experience with Botox, I had a previous bad experience with filler. Becca took extra time and care to listen to my concerns and come up with a treatment plan that we both felt comfortable with. My results are natural and subtle but also very effective. I feel 10 years younger. I ended up doing a combination of Botox and filler and it made a huge difference without looking over-filled or pulled. Becca also made sure to let me know I can reach out if I'm not happy with the results. I'm so happy I switched to WIFH and Becca!

But something happened over my last two visits to this place that absolutely ruined my skin. I had scarring from persistent back acne that I used to have and went in for a chemical peel to help lighten it up. Some kind of chemical was used in the treatment that felt WAY too hot, causing me to physically wince and cry out. I made it clear to the aesthetician that whatever it was was too hot on my skin and felt like it was burning much more than it should. It is normal to feel a slight burning sensation during a peel but NOT to the degree that this was. Over the course of the peeling process a large scar formed over this area and showed bright skin pink like you have with a deep cut. I was concerned but was assured that it would heal and go back to normal. What has instead happened two months later is an even deeper scar that was NEVER there before. Had I not gone in for this treatment there would be absolutely nothing in that area of my back. My skin looked 10 times better before I went in for this. My mother noticed what was going on and was concerned. I went back a second time to express my concern and get a peel to see if the lightening would improve. It didn't. It's even darker than it appears in pictures. These treatments are expensive ($150+) and I should without a doubt be improving not regressing. Words can not express how disappointed I am with Eryn and her service and feel like I am starting back at square one with my skin. I will never give my money to this place again and encourage you to do the same.

Within the Lux Med Spa group is an esthetician who claims to specialize in laser treatment mostly for face and neck. Her name is Natasha. Under any circumstances, DO NOT allow this woman to laser your face. This is rather personal, but I know for a fact that she is on cocaine, meth and a slew of drugs. She parties a lot, and I witnessed her doing these drugs after boasting that she is a medical laser esthetician. I am also in healthcare. I have spent most of my life dedicated to my patients. It is only a matter of time before someone gets hurt by this woman. PS, this is a public service announcement. I am not attempting to harm Natasha, but she needs help.
