My results back then were more than anything I could have hoped for. This time I broke my ankle and needed emergency surgery. Two weeks after my surgery, I was told to start PT for at least 8-10 weeks. There was no doubt in my mind where I was going for my PT. The doctors at POPT are beyond amazing and really miracle workers as far as I am concerned. Dr Phil Lombardo is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in making sure all your issues are addressed. He is patient, answers all your questions and truly makes you feel cared for. There are so many things that set them apart from other PT facilities but what stands out for me as the most important factor is that the doc is hands on throughout your entire session. They don't just send you on your way for 40 minutes to do exercises on your own. Either Dr Phil, Dr Scott or one of the doctoral students were there to guide you, watch you and just be with you while you are doing what you need to do to get back to 100%. Not only are Dr Phil and Dr Scott unbelievable at what they do, Adrianna, the doctoral student doing a rotation there, was the sunshine everyone needed to make a painful process not so bad.
