A family member initially contacted the owner and was told they were short-staffed and booked for the week, but that she would call the following week to schedule service. That callback never came. Due to unexpected family circumstances, I took over trying to schedule the appointment. I left a voicemail that was never returned. The following week, I called again and spoke directly with the owner. Once again, I was told they were short-staffed, booked for the week, and that she would call me the following week to get us scheduled. I waited the entire following week. No phone call. It has now been another week, and I still have never heard from her. I completely understand that small businesses can be busy and short-staffed. What I don't understand is repeatedly telling customers you'll call them back and then never following through. If you're unable to take on additional work, just be honest and say so. Customers can respect an honest answer far more than being left waiting week after week for callbacks that never happen. The biggest issue wasn't the scheduling it was the repeated lack of communication and follow through. After more than a month of trying to schedule service, we were repeatedly brushed off with promises of callbacks that never came. Their pricing may be competitive, but in our experience, the lack of communication simply wasn't worth the savings. We have decided to take our business elsewhere.

I asked him if he could find any entryways for pests to get in. He said no. He never did give me the free estimate I asked for. He showed me one small hole where pests, like mice, could get in. I had that filled by my handyman. Today I had a dead squirrel in my attic. I had to pay someone $200 to get it out and clean up. One area was sealed where the squirrel got in.
