I asked him if he could find any entryways for pests to get in. He said no. He never did give me the free estimate I asked for. He showed me one small hole where pests, like mice, could get in. I had that filled by my handyman. Today I had a dead squirrel in my attic. I had to pay someone $200 to get it out and clean up. One area was sealed where the squirrel got in. Don't waste your hard earned money on this outfit. They are flat out no good.

No Respect for boundaries This company is relentless…read morealright - they have been at my door too many times this summer - when i point out the "No Solicitation" sign they just say but we are diffrent and keep going. When you ask them to leave they ask what other companies have been out, who are you using, how much do you pay. I asked a person to leave 4 times yesterday and it was still a struggle. They see someone pull in the drive and they are sprinting to yap at them. They are disrespectful and I would NEVER do business with them.

Scott came three times to the house, one to set traps and defumigate, and twice to check on the traps. For $120 he did all that, AND he personally cleaned the droppings out of my garage - it's a hazmat enterprise as you need to wear gloves and mask: rat droppings can spread deseases as fecal dust goes airborne. THAT was above and beyond. No more Mickey Mouse in the garage btw. All GONE!

I have been with them for years but ever since the company was bought a few years back their…read moreservice has definitely gone downhill. Agents who come out to service are great, kind people. However their office workers? Not so much. They never answer their phone and regardless of how many times you try to get a hold of them, they won't answer. I've also paid and have receipts of payments and bank statements showing payments were drafted. Yet, they keep emailing saying I owe the same balance over and over. Definitely finding another company to work with in the future. It's just not worth the hassle.

He got rid of some birds and did some work around the house but laid no cages and did not seal up things. I really didn't think he did a very good job. He said he saw evidence of mice but he did nothing about it. He did not thoroughly inspect the house. The job was, to me, expensive. About two years later, I saw a mouse. I told him pretty much exactly what I wanted. He agreed in writing what he would do it for. I asked him twice (in writing) if that included various things that I wrote down. He replied that it did. He came to my home and put his dirty traps on my kitchen stove and cabinets. Very bad. He laid some mouse traps. Caught one mouse and I took it out. So far, I've had no more mice. He did leave his traps here. But, he did not finish doing what he agreed to do and I have paid him. He messaged me that it was raining and he couldn't make it. I did not know what the rain had to do with the work that was under my bathroom sink in the house.

Don Aaron, the owner, came out the day after I called, which was very quick compared to other exterminators I had used in the past. Don is probably one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and he genuinely cared about me and my house. He applied the treatment to the ants and he was very thorough making sure to get into all the nooks and crannies. He even went out in the back yard to see where they were coming in from and hunted down the ant trails. Like I said very thorough. I wanted to give it some time to make sure the ants would stay away before I posted anything. That was 2 weeks ago and still no ants. This is the first time I have ever posted anything on Yelp but I felt that Don did such a great job that I had to let people know. If you have a pest problem I highly recommend Pest Free.
