The PTs were friendly and professional and really helped my daughter to work through a pesky knee injury.

I am an avid weightlifter and I wanted a PT who was familiar with weightlifters and could get me back in the gym. Sam was able to help eliminate my back pain and learn new techniques to manage nerve pain all with the end goal in mind of getting me back into weightlifting form. Sam had a great plan in place in order for me to meet my goals and was able to address any questions or concerns I had during my journey. The CoVid-19 precautions that PTW had in place were outstanding! Everyone must wear masks at all times and the equipment is meticulously cleaned after every patient. Commonly used machines like the treadmill will have signs on them that say sanitized to let people know it has been cleaned before their use. PTW and the therapists are going above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable during these CoVid-19 times. The number of patients in the facility will vary depending on the time of day but everyone has more than 6 feet between them. Most of the time it was just myself and Sam in the facility. I would definitely recommend PTW to anyone looking for a physical therapist. The care I received was incredible and I know if anything ever comes up I can go back to have my needs met.

I felt great after the first session, and over the course of a couple weeks the pain is almost completely gone. Halfway through I also mentioned I had neck pain, and they began to treat me for that too. I didn't have to pay anything extra as it was all covered under 1 copay. The number of patients rehabbing at a time can vary, but usually there were only a couple others in there with me. The staff always makes time for you, answers all of your questions, and keeps an eye on you to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. Now a month later I am pain free! Would highly recommend to check them out if you have any pain, need to rehab, or just want to get in better overall health.

I did tell the staff when I started that I was also recuperating from spine surgeries that I had had recently which limited the amount of movements that I could do relative to bending and twisting. Initially, I found the staff warm and helpful. However, without warning in the middle of the fifth session, the supposed physical therapist told me that she didn't think I would benefit any more from Physical Therapy because of my level of pain. I told her I felt actually like I was benefiting, but she insisted that it really wasn't worth my time and that I should probably just go onto consider surgery. She did not consult with my surgeon. In fact, none of what she was saying was thoroughly unexpected, especially since the previous week she had told me that I should get my doctor to add on physical therapy for my back and she'd be happy to help me with that too I contacted my my surgeon At Rothman, who was shocked to find that a physical therapist would've decided that after only three weeks that Physical Therapy wouldn't have helped me when often people with my injury go to physical therapy for up to six months. I procured different prescription from them and went elsewhere. I found this whole experience, demoralizing, insulting, and unprofessional I contacted the corporate office multiple times and was promised return calls and received none so I guess the lack of customer service extends from the bottom to the top

Have to go to a patient portal & leave a message on there to the attention of whoever you want to reach. They use a a call center with no one who can help you anyway. Except schedule an appointment weeks to months away. On a whole, Rothman relies too heavily on physician assistants & nurse practitioners. Sorry, there is just no substitute for what is learned in 4 years of medical school& an internship. Three to five years residency and possibly a fellowship. The above are cost cutting measures put in by MBA's & insurance CEO's who know nothing about patient care. Once you have surgery, Rothman washes its hands of you. If there is a problem, they won't clean up their own mess. They refer you to pain management or physical therapy. It is good-bye and good luck. A quote, "Your issue is no longer surgical." Really? Then why am I still in pain? I say this as a nurse with a BSN plus 24 graduate credits for specialty certification. And a career in different areas of nursing which spanned 46 years. I am sad as a nurse & frustrated as a patient to see what has happened to health care today. The physicians did not stand up to the MBA administrators & insurance companies. So we, the patients, suffer. Physicians & surgeons created this mess. They need to stand up & clean it up before "Management" decides, "You know, we don't need these high cost doctors anymore. Let's get rid of as many as we can." I only hope these MBA's & CEO's need a good doctor one day & can't find one for themselves or their families. Then they will see what a mess they created. Of course, they will use their influence to get special treatment. A luxury the rest of us don't have.
