She even video taped me doing the new exercises in her office so I could refer to them again at home. She's flexible with her schedule and always pleasant. Yes, it's one on one.....there's none of this, "go in that exercise room and do your exercises and then come out and see me", no! She stays with me all the way and guides me. The owner said she was charging me full price($120) for no show even after I explained there was an issue with the app. She even agreed there was an issue with the app but said I signed a cancellation disclosure. The weird part is that the owner knows me by name b/c my husband and I frequently get massages at in balance. The owner starting raising her voice and yelling at me on the phone. We have never missed an appointment before so her reaction and behavior is ridiculous. I informed if she charged me for not showing I would no longer book massages at her studio. She was fine with that and charged me full price for the massage even though her cancellation policy fee is $50. I told her that i have no idea what they were saying, she apologized and instructed us to get dressed and get down to the first floor for foot massage. We did. They didn't stop the timer in the meantime and when we got down there, they took their time to prepare again. So i feel like 10mins passed by like that. And massage itself was good but my masseur was keep checking on the timer like he has nothing more to do after almost finishing. Dressing up in between massage was very interfering relaxation and Manager and employees were keep talking during massage and also timer was real loudly ticking. Massage was finished exactly at 90 min set. I told manager that the timer should have been stopped we didn't get full 90 min massage. The manager told us that she understood and apologized. When i asked if we can get massage just in the bed for 90mins next time, she said the owner instructed employee to finish upper body for 45 mins in bed and foot for 45 mins downstair and she's watching surveillance camera, otherwise employee has to pay fine/fee to owner or something but we could ask owner about our desire, (might charge us more for it or something tho) I didn't understand how they operate. I thought I read it wrong, but there were Saturday and Sunday hours. This was great because I was able to make my first appointment on a Saturday afternoon to start the process of putting me back together. It's a small office and I have found that there is a lot of personal care because of it.
