I can only speak for myself but the last time I was there the PT said he had to do something and just left me for over 15 minutes. I finally left. They were great before. They helped me with my walking issue, going up and down slopes. I kept asking them to address another issue in the same way, which was by doing the same walking for an hour. Its tedious and boring but that was ultimately how I conquered the slope walking. Instead they kept stopping and starting it as tthey would leave to talk to another PT, Sometimes it was to hekllp another clinet and that I get, seems to be the way all PT groups work. I am sorry it changed so much because it had been a wonderful place fpr getting PT

She knows how to hit the areas that hurt and educate yourself on the muscles that are triggering your pain. She is so talented and knows her stuff. Being a runner, spa massages while relaxing just don't cut it. Don is well trained and professional and knows how to treat athletic related aches and pains. He also knows when an ache or pain requires more than a massage, as indicated by his suggesting I see my doctor after chronic neck and shoulder pain. The office is always clean and as others have mentioned, the prices are better than spa rates, and so is the massage! If you are in need of a massage be sure to check them out!
