Great friendly staff and lots of samples if you need anything that they don't have they will order it for u

Leaving this review specifically for Sam & Reland. Sam was super helpful and had me try some products before I made a purchase. Normally I order my supps & essentials online. Came here because this was the closest supplement shop near to where I live. Wanted to try new vitamins and needed some pre-wrkout for a fit test which I was attending the next day. I would definitely shop here again. Good service and knowledgeable. Both guys were gentlemen and did not push me to buy any products that I did not need. read more

Great place full of friendly people. Just went there today and got a delta 8 pen, everyone's nice and makes sure you're getting something you'll be happy with. Also, check out their marshmallows. They'll give you loads of free samples (which usually NEVER work on me but guess who comes back to buy them?) and will answer any questions you have. read more

Total Nutrition is an amazing place for all things wellness and holistic. Katherine is so knowledgeable. We came in for CBD oil and she told us all the benefits of the oils. She provided us with all the samples and a FRESH baked CBD cookie to try. She did more than any customer service person I've dealt with. If you're looking for good prices, quality product and people who care about you're well being and making a sale, visit total nutrition. You will not be disappointed. I have been going to TN for almost 4 years. I initially went for a little pain I was experiencing and was told cryotherapy would help. I saw a Groupon and made an appointment to go. Staff was super awesome and helpful. I did the cryotherapy and learned about other products that were useful. Now it's 2022, I do a lot of training and I have minor health issues that leaves me in pain sometimes. This is my place to go! I love their vegan protein drinks and as always, Staff is amazing. They are like family now! If anyone has ever had a bad experience, I'm sure it's isolated. Things happen. They have been consistent in my book, so I recommend this business for your Cryotherapy and other health supplemental needs! read more

Completely traumatized by my experience. Went in for cryotherapy for the first time looking to heal my knee pain, came out with my arm COMPLETELY BURNT!! contacted them by email with pictures of this horrible tragedy and no response. Went in the store personally and was basically being told that it wasn't there fault when it was!!! Contacted the owner over the phone and tried to lie about giving me a waiver which I now see was required and well as a consultation! None of the two were provided and it's unfortunate that I have to take this into the matter of my own hands. I am suffering from second degree burns and now having to go to multiple doctors about this because I'm afraid I have permanent skin damage. Please please please do not go here!!! read more

I've come in here twice in the past few months. I LOVE this place. Katherine is a great owner and took her time asking me exactly what I was looking for so that she could point me to the right products. Her knowledge is top notch and their prices are very reasonable. I love that this store thinks outside the box and doesn't bother carrying the usual supplements you see at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, etc. She's always changing her inventory so that you get the best and newest supplements. The customer service I got here was A++. Marcus was also very accommodating and friendly. I'll be sure to keep coming back here. You also get a free shaker with any purchase. Trust me, buy your stuff here. Katherine knows what she's doing. read more

I've been at this store twice now and was thoroughly impressed by the staff and Owner. They took their time to make sure I was informed on my purchase and went out of their way to give me samples of other products to compare. Staff was also extremely knowledgeable regarding the products. Overall delight. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been working hard on my fitness journey and I'm very proud of all the progress that I have made- i'm constantly working out meal prepping health-conscious and posting every day on my progress of a 45 lb Weight loss and lots of muscle gain- and these jokers think it's OK to come on my page and make me look like I'm pathetic nNO you're pathetic- I'm not perfect but I work hard I posted some videos of me doing my meal prep for the week on my Instagram and these people out of nowhere come to my page & post a comment- "Impressive ??? " That is despicable - how dare you mock someone working so hard doing it! Guess what? I inspire so many people and I'm not trying to suck money out of them and criticize and ridicule them behind their backs. I'll never shop at your store again and I'll make sure everyone I know doesn't. Whoever monitors your Instagram page should be fired because they don't give one shit about people and their fitness journey. I'm taking my business where they really care about you and that's complete nutrition. Messed Up! read more

I was in from out of town and looking for a quick BCAA RTD for the gym. They didn't sell any so the owner gave me a shaker cup and filled it with BCAAs for FREE. Great customer service. They are also doing the CBD thing which is def interesting. Worth a visit if you're in the area. read more

Store has a very limited amount of good products , sales staff needs training on how to listen to customers needs instead of insisting on you buying things you already said you did not need. read more

I had a great experience with Cody who is the manager. As an older woman who's overweight, Cody wasn't judgmental at all & gave me all the information I needed to decide if I wanted to purchase something or not. Next trip in I'm bringing in my husband, there are a lot of supplements here that support active baby boomers like us. read more

This is my go-to nutrition spot for keto friendly supplements, snacks, and high-quality CBD! They have the nicest people that work there and really listen to you when you explain what your goals are. They have great suggestions and even give you samples before you buy! My favorite sugarfree snack there is the And I Like It Cheesecakes. They are locally made by a veteran-owned business. They also give discounts to first responders and military!!!! read more

Went in today to pick up some Icon Meals and met the most informative and helpful woman. I am assuming she is the owner. She was so wonderful and gave me samples of all the products. She helped me pick out the right protein for what I'm looking for post workout instead of breakfast. They have everything you need in one place to get healthy and find the right foods, snacks to keep you that way. Doesn't hurt that I want to look like the owner when I'm her age Go to total nutrition today!! read more

My husband and are from Fort Worth but were celebrating our anniversary last weekend in Dallas. He wanted to check out this TN since ours closed down in FT. Worth. I was blown away at the incredible customer service experience provided by owner Catherine. I'm a doctor and I appreciate when someone is knowledgeable and cares about the total body well being. She never pushed us to buy anything, on the contrary, she provided tons of samples we even felt bad about not paying for them. We left with an energy drink and couple of bars we actually paid for and a bag full of things to try! Thank you TN and Catherine for doing honest business. I pray you will continue to expand and be blessed as you are a blessing to many. We will continue to come back for years to come! read more

Insane experience insane people. I love this place you can feel the love inside. Thanks Cathrine

Great customer service every time I go in but wanted to give a shout out to Marko specifically!

The best customer service!! I've loved every product I've purchased from here, likely due to the time and care that was taken when helping me decide what's best for me. I've been helped by multiple employees and each one is just as helpful as the next. They are also incredibly generous with free samples and shaker bottles. I feel at home when I shop here. if you haven't been, I highly suggest going for the experience. read more

I first came here because it became a pick up location for my icon meals. Staff was friendly and didnt try to sell me supplements. I noticed they had a cry therapy machine which i had been wanting to try for some back issues i deal with. I used to go a few times a week and they were always very friendly and while i was always asked if i needed anything else when checking out, theyvalways said ok when i said no and never pushed. After a few visits and noticing that cryo was helping me, they did say getting a package may be better and they presented options. The two guys ive interacted with are very nice and it is always an enjoyable experience. read more

I made an appointment online for a Sunday at 10AM. No one was there. No one answered the cell phone number the calls went to. Very pleased with the service and product. Love how you can sample the product before buying. I have spent a lot of money on preworkouts in the past that I ended up just giving away because the salesman claimed it was amazing and it turned out to be awful.
