After a couple of months, they sent me a bill for $120 dollars blaming the co-pay of the insurance. I called the billing office and they told me that they could not do anything about it, even if they specifically told me that the insurance would not have kicked in until the 7th treatment (which I did not do). Hence, be aware of what you are told at Pivot Physical therapy because they'll try to scam you!!

Nurses and CNAs were rarely available, and when we raised legitimate concerns about my grandfather's well-being, we were met with dismissive attitudes and hostility rather than compassion. Our family visited daily--not out of comfort, but out of necessity--to make sure my grandfather was alive and receiving even the most basic attention. No family should have to live with that kind of fear when entrusting a facility with their loved one's care. And if you scroll through the reviews, you'll notice a flood of suspicious 5-star ratings clearly coming from their own employees. That says it all. Instead of fixing the systemic issues in patient care, this facility seems more interested in propping up its reputation online than actually improving the treatment of vulnerable residents. Salem Health & Rehab should be held accountable for the neglect, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for both patients and their families. I would strongly caution anyone considering this facility--your loved one deserves far better.
