Sometimes we are so quick to complain and write negative reviews, but don't take the time to share such positive experiences. I highly recommend Wireless World. Jose there is amazing to say the least. I went there with a smashed phone. I already knew the phone was smashed so bad that it wasn't going to be worth repairing. Jose went above and beyond to try to help me fix the phone so I could at least retrieve the pictures. He also gave me a very reasonable deal on a iPhone, tempered glass, screen, protector, and case. T-Mobile has been hit or miss for us over the last six months. They're going through incredible…read moresystem upgrades, but during the upgrades, some of the data service is flaky. When you have specific problems, in a specific area, support is not equiped to help you. I've been following it very closely recently, in the last month, (it's July 2022 now) the network has been much better. The rates are definitely better than everybody else, the support is hit or miss, if you get a domestic support center it's five star, but if you get offshore, struggling to communicate through the accents, and actually finding someone who knows what they're doing is difficult. Overall I recommend you test the coverage where you're going to use the phone, and if it works, then make the move. If the network was consistently reliable, and support was US based, this would definitely be a five star review.
