Salon Midi is an Aveda salon so the entire place smells amazing! There are 2 massage rooms in the back with dim lights and relaxing spa music. My deep tissue, 90-minute massage was with Sally. I can honestly say that it was THE BEST massage that I have EVER had! It was so good, in fact, that I referred my best friend to Sally and now she's hooked! I was completely beside myself with the style I was given which was nothing like I asked for! In fact it was a haircut nobody would ask for! With tears in my eyes I went online trying to find somebody who might be able to fix it. I emailed a local salon, pouring out my heart about my recent visit to another salon. I was contacted very shortly after I sent the email even though it was in the evening. I was very surprised to hear back from somebody even though it was after hours. This is when I met dear Kelsey! She had me come in the next day and was able to fix my hair, even to the point where you couldn't tell how bad it was before! As a matter of fact it was gosh darn cute! I have been going to her ever since and plan to continue! I thoroughly enjoy every visit I have with Kelsey! Not only is she an artist at what she does but she is also quite personable! I still, after all these months, cannot thank her enough!

Commission based pay, so the girls actually want to "work!" Because if they stand around and do nothing, that's what their paychecks will be... nothing!! Prices are a tad high. When I worked there they were 15 dollars and now they're much higher. Although I don't particularly like the price, I loved my paycheck because of it! I would say, the overall, the best place to work if you're in the hair business. Todd and Shannon own it and are good people!
