Most recently, I booked a 60-minute Swedish massage, and it was excellent from start to finish. Inspire Spa is conveniently located on College Avenue, though it's somewhat discreet and easy to miss if you're not specifically looking for it. Once inside, you're welcomed into a clean, well-appointed lobby that immediately sets a relaxing tone. Before your treatment begins, you can choose from several complimentary enhancements, including a variety of aromatic sprays, which is a nice touch. The treatment rooms are thoughtfully designed, with comfortable lighting, minimal clutter, relaxing music at just the right volume, and temperature-controlled massage tables that can be adjusted to your preference. Kameron was attentive, professional, and highly skilled. She took the time to focus on the areas where I was experiencing the most pain and tension and adjusted her technique accordingly. What stood out most was that she truly delivered a full 60-minute massage, which unfortunately isn't always the case at other establishments. You'll certainly find less expensive massage options in the Appleton area, but in my experience, Inspire Spa stands out for both the quality of the massage and the overall customer experience. I highly recommend both Inspire Spa and Kameron to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience.

I have curly hair and I'd say I have medium thickness hair and I would not recommend this business…read moreto anyone because even though it smelled very good, they offered me coffee, and Morgan was very nice, the girl who was meant to do my hair refused. Instead of bleaching, she explained that bleaching at all would damage it (obviously) but she explained it like it would ruin it curly or straight but she had bleached hair too? I tried to do my undercut instead because I could just shave it, but she still refused, I'm guessing cause she didn't know how to do my hair. She offered me a moisturizing treatment because my hair was dry, (mind you because I didn't wash my hair for the upcoming bleaching) and then to shave my undercut? I ended up bleaching hair at home (2 round) and got to my desired level and dyed it at home and my curls were fine but not ruined like she explained it.

I woke up extremely ill: sore throat, coughing,  sneezing, fever. I called to cancel,  too sick to come in and unwilling to spread what I had to Cheryl or anyone else. Since my appointment was at 9, and they opened at 9, I called a few minutes earlier hoping to get a person, since I didn't know how quickly they check messages, and I didn't want anyone wondering why I hadn't showed. The receptionist was beyond rude, saying she couldn't understand why I didn't call earlier than 5 minutes before my appointment since they had a 24 hour cancelation policy. I pointed out I hadn't planned on being sick so couldn't have called 24 hours in advance,  and called as early as I thought I could given my appointment was at 9, and they open at 9. She then went on to say I should have called earlier and left a message or texted because the owner always checks messages and they could have gotten other people in because there were a lot of people waitlisted. She had the snottiest tone in this 3 minute phone call where she fought with someone who was clearly sick.  I told her I was so upset with how she treated me,  didn't appreciate it,  was offended,  and wouldn't be coming back.  She just hung up on me.  I reached out to the owner,  who according to this receptionist,  is constantly checking messages but it's been crickets. For all of you who came after 9 who would have been exposed to a nasty bug if I would have come,  just know they apparently would rather I have kept the appointment than worry about your health.
