I noticed while she was combing my hair, big lumps of my blonde hair came off. If i hadn't said anything she would have just ignored it. She first said "oh it's just the ends". I went to the bathroom to check and saw that the hair broke off right a 1/2 away from the scalp. This salon is so unprofessional. I would not even send my biggest enemy there. Have next week a consultation some where else and might have to cut off my very long and beloved hair. This person ruined my life!!!

Due to Brooke departing paths with this spa I was willing to give another staff member a shot as I have always had good encounters here. I showed up for my appointment, and was told by the staff member she did not feel comfortable and would not be able to do my service. If clients are required to call 24 hours in advanced for cancellations to respect the staff members time the staff member should be able to do the same for the client. I felt as though my time was not valued by this business. I ended up going elsewhere, and will be from now on.

Since my appointment was at 9, and they opened at 9, I called a few minutes earlier hoping to get a person, since I didn't know how quickly they check messages, and I didn't want anyone wondering why I hadn't showed. The receptionist was beyond rude, saying she couldn't understand why I didn't call earlier than 5 minutes before my appointment since they had a 24 hour cancelation policy. I pointed out I hadn't planned on being sick so couldn't have called 24 hours in advance,  and called as early as I thought I could given my appointment was at 9, and they open at 9. She then went on to say I should have called earlier and left a message or texted because the owner always checks messages and they could have gotten other people in because there were a lot of people waitlisted. She had the snottiest tone in this 3 minute phone call where she fought with someone who was clearly sick.  I told her I was so upset with how she treated me,  didn't appreciate it,  was offended,  and wouldn't be coming back.  She just hung up on me.  I reached out to the owner,  who according to this receptionist,  is constantly checking messages but it's been crickets. For all of you who came after 9 who would have been exposed to a nasty bug if I would have come,  just know they apparently would rather I have kept the appointment than worry about your health.

To start, I had wonderful full brows with a natural arch, all they needed was a little clean up. Well she to totally decimated them. She did not stay to my natural shape, one brow is tappers to a nice point, the other is shorter, thicker, and looks like it was lobbed off on the end. There is no way to fix this besides drawing them in.

With tears in my eyes I went online trying to find somebody who might be able to fix it. I emailed a local salon, pouring out my heart about my recent visit to another salon. I was contacted very shortly after I sent the email even though it was in the evening. I was very surprised to hear back from somebody even though it was after hours. This is when I met dear Kelsey! She had me come in the next day and was able to fix my hair, even to the point where you couldn't tell how bad it was before! As a matter of fact it was gosh darn cute! I have been going to her ever since and plan to continue! I thoroughly enjoy every visit I have with Kelsey! Not only is she an artist at what she does but she is also quite personable! I still, after all these months, cannot thank her enough!
