After talking with several companies, the Great Deal Handyman provided the best quote. So I decided to hire him. He was able to come out a few days later. After taking a good look at the doorframe, he went straight to work. He fixed the doorframe and made it look brand new, as if I had never broken it in the first place. The whole job took less than 2 hours. This guy works well and efficiently. He's a pretty nice person as well. For home repairs, I recommend him.

Universal Iron Doors has been a dream to work with from beginning to installation. Starting off in…read morethe showroom they have so many options, something for everyone and every situation. There are LOTS of doors on display so Enrique Marquez, sales rep, explained the various options and details to us. After that he let us wander around and peruse on our own, no pressure, just let us know where he would be when we needed him. Once we narrowed our choices down he walked us through the inventory and the available options and timelines for in stock and custom orders. Enrique told us how to measure our doorways, so we did that when we got home and emailed him the info. He had CAD drawings prepared from the info and sent them to us for approval. The invoices and payments were also handled online. Enrique walked us through the entire process. Anytime I had a question or issue he was right there to help out. Even during installation. We ended up ordering an in stock and custom door (due to odd size). For the in stock door, I received a call to schedule installation immediately! The lady that called said she likes to schedule them as soon as she receives the order and she wasn't lying. We scheduled installation for 5 weeks out, which is reasonable. Then 1 week later, on a Friday, she called back and asked if they could install on Monday. I said Yes! The installation team, Vahe and Ahot, showed up on Monday as scheduled and did an absolutely FANTASTIC job!! The door looks soooooo good!! They communicated well, also noticed that the lock was missing on the order and helped me get that corrected with Enrique. They were very respectful of keeping the area clean, making sure everything was clean and all trash/debris removed when they left. Everyone at Universal Iron Doors has been awesome to work with and I look forward to receiving my custom door.

Service - relatively simple, quick, and cheap job - replacing the screen on a screen door. Elite Touch was HAPPY to take the job, and did not treat me anything other than as a VIP client. They scheduled the job for the following day. Yurri was our man - and he was very impressive. Kind, knowledgeable, very fast and efficient - he made the entire experience seamless. He is also incredibly skilled, able to do plumbing, drywall, bathrooms/showers, and even able to replace a screen on a screen door in about an hour. Prices were very competitive, the service was impeccable, and I will certainly be doing business with them again!

Yuriy messaged me first that he was on his way and he came exactly on time. The repair required him to remove the door trim to access the door hardware. He had to charge me for that which I had no problem with. He completed the job, and also showed me why the door was off and how he fixed it. He cleaned up and I couldn't even tell that the door trim was removed and reinstalled (despite him not having paint either). Payment was by Zelle. Very impressed with the work and professionalism. We had tons of questions and decisions about what best matched the original look of the windows from our 1939 house. We finally decided on what windows we wanted replaced and put down a deposit. A second team member came out weeks later to confirm the measurements. And some weeks after that, the installation team of Juan and Erik came out to do the install. (They even started by doing the measurements a third time to make sure everything was correct! And it was.) They had told us that the job might take the whole day, but they carefully removed the old ones, installed the new ones and cleaned up afterward in only about six hours. It was a flawless experience. Everyone we dealt with was extremely kind, warm and knowledgable. And the new windows look stunning - while still matching the look of the almost 90-year old home.
