I went through their website and asked for a quote. The guy called me back and told me he could come by the next day and asked if I would text message him my address. I sent him my address immediately after we hung up and agreed on a time when he would show up. He was a no call, no show. That is no way to run a business. You can stop looking around for folks to install your showers; hire these guys! Najeh did such an amazing job on my shower. While where most contractors cut corners, don't show up or deliver the work on time, or have hidden fees; Najeh was truly a professional. He came to the house, made some suggestions for my shower, I asked for some alterations to fit my needs, he listed to my requests, customized the plans, and provided me some critical insight that I did not think of previously. He took some measurements and a day later I had an email with 2 3D Mock-ups as options to choose from, each with their respective quotes. Once I chose one he provided me a date for installation; sure enough he came that date as promised and performed the installation. The man is meticulous; I watched as he installed the shower checking to make sure all the edges lined up perfectly down to the millimeter, as he was installing he was checking every edge to make sure things sat flush, he trimmed down any sharp edges for my safety. I even saw how he interacted with his staff, where he would recognize tasks where his expert skills were necessary and he would insist on performing them himself. I could not be happier with my shower. There was a slight imperfection with the glass door that came from the factor, Najeh spoke to the company, ordered a replacement, and a few days later he came and replaced the door without any additional charges, just to make sure it was perfect. Seriously folks, this type of craftsmanship is truly rare these days and I was really happy to see this level of professionalism still around. I would recommend Najeh to all my friends and family and will absolutely use him for all my future glass needs, whether showers or tables, or anything else. I had a 36" x 36" frameless shower (glass only) (3 pieces) installed. Owner (Nageh) was easy to work with and addressed all my questions. The initial quote was honored after actual measurements; however I did requested a few modifications in hardware and hardware placement for an additional fabrication (small) charge. Shower was installed within a few days and looks great. There was no pressure for deposit and final payment. The installer was very nice and professional and Negeh came by to see progress. I have to say, it's a delight to work with this company. I bought 2 glass aquarium tank cover and found they are a little too long for my tank. So I started to call around for a quote to get it to fit. I received quotes of $10 - $20 per cut without polish. But the tank covers themselves only cost $20. and it's not worth it to pay return shipping to the store. Finally I called Fairfax Glass, the rep drove all the way to where I was, cut and pieces, sand them down for $5 per cut! I am very happy with the experience. read more

I contacted this company. They gave me an estimate over the phone then changed it when they arrived. Najeh asked for 50% down payment which I would not give. I had never met them before and did not trust him. When I said I would use my credit card I was told there would be an extra charge. I asked if they were insured and was told "yes". This was not ture. I called Better Busines Bureau since they had them listed as beibg a member on their website. They are not a member. I called Fairfax County Government and found that they are not licensed in Fairfax. When I called back to question Najeh, he told me they were licensed in Fairfax. I told him that was a lie as I had just contacted Fairfax County. He was incensed and got angry with me for checking up on a company I might use. I hung up on his him twice. Very unprofessional.
