Something has changed since last my review with this company…read more I wanted to update to echo the experience below with the patron who had a squirrel in his home with a less than ideal experience. I used them for a raccoon incident two years ago-I had to ask them to come out and fix their work at that time-to their credit, they admitted their error and came out-the "barriers" put up had significant gaps. This most recent instance was very poor communication with the office staff-I was given an arrival time of 1051 am the night prior. I watched the tracker and could see my technician driving everywhere besides my home despite being listed as his intended location. I finally called them to ask what was going on because emergencies and delays happen, but I would appreciate some update. I was told he was on his way to me. I called again when it was clear he was parked at their office. Again, I was told that he was on his way to me. Their tracker continued to show he was 1 minute away from me for 30 minutes. It was not until 223 pm (30 minutes after clearly seeing he was at the office) that I received a text message from the technician (not even the office staff who said they would call back) stating he had a small personal emergency and would not be coming. Emergencies come up, but zero communication from the office from 1051 arrival time until 223 pm while continuing to be told he was on his way was not ideal. He rescheduled for the next day. I spoke to someone on the phone the night prior who told me they were adjusting his window of arrival to 845 am and apologized for the confusion. The tracker again showed he was "on his way" despite being at the office. I asked for an update but did not receive one-instead his arrival window changed without communication. I asked for a refund and cancelation at this point. They apologized and agreed leaving me a voicemail and an email with this information. A few hours later, I realized the technician was walking around my home which made me panic and feel unsafe. I asked him to leave. I asked the office to again confirm everything was canceled-they apologized again.

I absolutely recommend Travis and this company…read more I live in a different state and own my grandmother's house in Speedway, IN (built in the 50s). This morning my long-time tenants let me know that an exterior bird nest infestation in the eaves had finally become too much for them and the structural integrity of the roofline. Not living anywhere near, I immediately went to Yelp for help. Not only was Code Green Pest Solutions the only company with 5 star reviews, he was the first to respond to my quote inquiry. Travis was amazing. His price was more than fair, he talked with me directly the entire time from start to finish (and he spent a couple of hours there longer than anticipated), and sent me both before and after pictures of his work. He also tried to close-up the holes as best he was able to. Added bonus: the multiple nests caused exterior damage. Travis graciously chatted with me about it and sent me the name of someone he trusts to give us a good quote and do quality work. Considering the age and history of my house, I will absolutely keep him in mind for future pest control work and/or eradication that needs to be done.

We used Orkin Indianapolis (3932 Pendleton Way, Indianapolis, IN) for a mice issue and were shocked…read moreby the sales approach after the inspection. After documenting relatively standard mouse activity in areas like the kitchen, laundry room, fireplace, and garage, Orkin then presented us with a $21,000 "full attic restoration" proposal that included nearly $9,000 to remove insulation, another $9,000 to reinstall insulation, and over $3,000 for ridge vent protection. What bothered us most was how quickly the conversation shifted from solving the rodent problem to selling an extremely expensive attic package. The proposal leaned heavily on fear-based language about contamination, bacteria, and long-term damage, but there was very little actual evidence provided to justify a complete attic overhaul at that price. The original service report mainly referenced mouse droppings, bait stations, and recommendations to seal gaps around the home -- not catastrophic damage requiring a $21,000 renovation package. We expected a straightforward pest control inspection focused on identifying entry points, sealing the home, and addressing the mice problem. Instead, it felt more like a high-pressure home restoration sales pitch with financing options immediately offered. Before signing anything with Orkin Indianapolis, I strongly recommend getting multiple opinions from local exterminators and attic specialists. Based on our experience, there are likely far more transparent and reasonably priced solutions available.

They're more expensive than our previous provider (Scat...who is amazing and we're now back with!!) but they promised we would see a massive reduction in mosquitoes. We saw MORE mosquitoes this past summer and MORE indoor pests than ever before. It's like they get our spiders steroids. I called to cancel, was told I needed one more treatment to avoid the fee. Got that treatment, called to cancel and was told I still need one more! We had already switched back to Scat because I was tired of seeing Harry Potter working spiders in our house so there is no way I'm paying for another treatment that doesn't work OR a disconnect fee. I've been on the phone with them for hours, talked to multiple people, had "resolutions" a few times and am still dealing with it. Save yourself the headache and money and just use someone else. Edit to add: Jasmine from their social media support team was very helpful and able to resolve our issues. Hopefully others in the company adopt this type of customer service.
