He was very good at explaining what is included in the service call and gave me a ballpark price for what I needed done. I received a phone call this morning saying our technician was on his way and would be arriving in 20 minutes. Walker arrived right on time and addressed the issues we had. Our first issue was that the outlets in the garage sometimes trip for no reason. The service call charge is $84 and that gets applied to the bill in terms of covering your first issue. We had an outlet replaced and that should take care of the tripping problem. Our second issue was a request to add an outdoor outlet in the front of the house. I can't believe when the house was built they never thought to install one. We have 2 indoor outlets right on the other side of the brick and windows. Walker was very professional and knowledgeable and added the outlet outside and it has a protective box around it so moisture won't get into the electrical outlet. Walker did a wonderful job and I highly recommend Selectric Services for any electrical work you may need.

I almost cried at having a hot shower for the first time. The owner has sent the same team, which I love. The techs are knowledgeable and polite. They wear masks. We called the office and was told they would get back with us. After 3 calls we still haven't heard back from the office. Now the number is no longer in service. The owner of this company came out personally to take care of the problems we had with one of his former employees. I am impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He is here right now. He is very familiar with this floor plan and the builder and the way it is wired. I knew we had problems and he knows what's going on and how to fix it.
