Reaching out to this business was straight-forward, I emailed them and a kind woman called me by phone to setup an appointment. With any questions that she didn't know the answer to, she redirected me to email it so an electrician can better answer my question. I had my appointment scheduled and the gentleman, Doc, was assigned to perform the inspection. Doc arrived on-time, was detail oriented in his inspection, and was very patient to explain his findings and recommendations on what were a safety concern first, and what could be addressed later. He explained things over the phone thoroughly and explained his thought process and was open to any questions I had without being annoyed. Within a day, I received his inspection report, a quote for the project/repairs needed, and pictures of the inspection. He was also easy to reach by text. Doc was professional, courteous, and responsive. The cost of the inspection, I think, was a decent value. I highly recommend Veteran Electric to anyone seeking a safety electrical inspection and I hope I'm able to say the same about their quality of work when I hire them for electrical projects. He was very good at explaining what is included in the service call and gave me a ballpark price for what I needed done. I received a phone call this morning saying our technician was on his way and would be arriving in 20 minutes. Walker arrived right on time and addressed the issues we had. Our first issue was that the outlets in the garage sometimes trip for no reason. The service call charge is $84 and that gets applied to the bill in terms of covering your first issue. We had an outlet replaced and that should take care of the tripping problem. Our second issue was a request to add an outdoor outlet in the front of the house. I can't believe when the house was built they never thought to install one. We have 2 indoor outlets right on the other side of the brick and windows. Walker was very professional and knowledgeable and added the outlet outside and it has a protective box around it so moisture won't get into the electrical outlet. Walker did a wonderful job and I highly recommend Selectric Services for any electrical work you may need.

Mr. Sparky has an excellent process or system of dealing with customers. I got online completed a short needs analysis, push the button and within minutes I received a telephone call and we set up an appointment for the next day. When the job was complete gentleman called to check with my satisfaction. 2. I dealt with two electricians and a supervisor who is a master electrician. I was very pleased with their skill levels and especially with their customer relationship skills. 3. Their prices were competitive. They gave me a fixed cost thus taking the risk of unexpected loner ghourly charges out of the equation. 4. Their guarantees are impressive. However, one never knows about guarantees until one has to exercise a guarantee. Time will tell on this one. Except for the pain of paying out a lot of un-budgeted money, it has been a very pleasant experience.
