Unfortunately, after cutting a couple of holes in the ceiling, it was determined that the fan couldn't be installed as originally planned. My biggest disappointment was the condition the work area was left in. Electrical plates were left off with wires exposed, there was a mess that wasn't cleaned up, and the boxes/materials were placed on the street when I had expected they would be hauled away. I also would have appreciated having things put back the way they were before they left. I understand that not every installation goes as planned, which is why I didn't rate them lower. The technician made a good-faith effort, but the cleanup and attention to detail at the end of the job fell short of my expectations.

Called Double G Electrical company with an emergency because we had a chandelier that was falling,…read morehanging by 1 small srew. This happened after 7pm. The company assigned Hector. He arrived superfast with everything needed for the repair. We thought this job would be easy but when Hector stared to work we found out that the builder didn't attach the fixture to a 2×4 and used a plastic insert (not sure what it's called) to attach the chandelier instead of metal. Hector had to install all and worked with a smile on his face non stop until the job was completed over 3 hrs later. I highly recommend this company and they have earned my trust for future work. The price charged was very responsible. I will definitely be using them if we ever need any electrical work in the future. A very professional company. We called the office and was told they would get back with us. After 3 calls we still haven't heard back from the office. Now the number is no longer in service. The owner of this company came out personally to take care of the problems we had with one of his former employees. I am impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He is here right now. He is very familiar with this floor plan and the builder and the way it is wired. I knew we had problems and he knows what's going on and how to fix it.
