He arrived superfast with everything needed for the repair. We thought this job would be easy but when Hector stared to work we found out that the builder didn't attach the fixture to a 2×4 and used a plastic insert (not sure what it's called) to attach the chandelier instead of metal. Hector had to install all and worked with a smile on his face non stop until the job was completed over 3 hrs later. I highly recommend this company and they have earned my trust for future work. The price charged was very responsible. I will definitely be using them if we ever need any electrical work in the future. A very professional company. Fast forward to today (over a week later), we still haven't heard from them. My husband has called a few more times the last week and not a blip from them. I texted the owner's number last night and told him my hesitation in posting this negative review due to their extreme lack of communications. Still no response. As much as I like supporting local businesses, I'm also one who leaves reviews based on our experience (negative or positive). I don't recommend them and are now on the lookout for another reputable electrician.
