I paid for a 2 week class plus 3 behind the wheel, i registered with a friend & we talked to him before hand & gave us a great back to school discount, my parents were very happy. My class had 3 others, 4 people total. If you make the experience fun, it will be fun. I can tell that he liked our group because we were actually answering his questions and being attentive. Great videos & discussion with Mr. Abdul, I still remember he was great with explaining driving techniques & safety. He enjoyed our class SO much that he bought us pizza & I think we were actually the only class he did this for because we were so kind to him. At times he can be hard to understand but it's easy if you actually listen. Behind the wheel- he scheduled with me 1 at a time & picked me up. I still remember to this day those experiences! Caution* He has a brake on his side and will stop you in the middle of an intersection to tell you what you're doing wrong... which is fine because I was more in a rush to get out of the intersection (residential neighborhood). Another day he took me to practice downtown early on a Saturday morning, it was perfect for practicing one ways without anyone around. He is so friendly and really wants his students to do well. Funny thing is my significant other and I both took drivers ed with him as kids (a year apart) & we both remember to this day, 9 years later, "smog" for lane changing, do's and don'ts from Abdul! He's a great guy. My younger siblings are of age to practice driving now so I am looking to get them in with Abdul

So when you get annoyed by waiting and decide to call him and ask if he received your message. He tells you that "I don't have my book with me, you need to call back when I am in the office." If you actually get hold of him and take his class. YOU BETTER BE SELF TAUGHT! Because unless you speak extremely broken English, you will not understand a word he says. He takes the entire payment in full up front. Not a big deal, however, he takes 6 months to get back to you about behind the wheel. He does that, because if he can string you alone then he doesn't have to refund your $100. When I set up my "refund" appointment, he was 45 minutes late. It took another 40 minutes to argue whether or not I needed to call the police. Finally, got $100 returned to me after he accused me of only wanting my money back because I am a racist. (I knew he was Muslim before I paid him and I still signed up for class)

They took me out 1 time, let me do ONE 90 degree backing maneuver, 1 or 2 straight line backs , 15 minutes of driving up and down the local streets, then about 3 hours of pre-trip inspection drilling. Then we went to the dmv and I failed the driving portion bigly, and almost passed the pre-trip portion. Seems like a big rip-off to me. If you pay them like $5000, they'll let you keep trying until you pass. Needless to say I'm still not certified to drive a big rig.

I called Class A Leasing in my search for a solution. You have to schedule CDL driving test months ahead in some places. The owner of Class A Leasing told me to get my permit and he'd have me in in two weeks. I agreed because it was the best chance to get into a job I wanted. He called me back a few minutes later and gave me the name and number of a guy with the DMV that he said could take care of it. I called the guy and he fixed it the next day. Now I'm in a job that is a great opportunity for my whole family. I'm so thankful for his honesty, and willingness to help me. If I ever hear of anyone wanting help with their CDL, I'm going to recommend this company.

She went in, took the test and when sat down with Josh Iverson to go over the results in preceded to insult both myself and my daughter by diminishing her chances of getting into the schools that she hopes to attend by saying without their program she'll not get the score on the ACT that would be required. He then tried getting me to sign a contract, without giving me the prices and options ( anything thinking shady used car salesman yet... i know i was the entire time... ). i told him multiple times that i wouldn't make a decision until i saw numbers and had a chance to talk to my wife about this program and cost. Josh begrudgingly gave me the bid sheet... to which i was taken back at a quote based upon $90 / hour for exam prep... a $195 academic evaluation fee and a $150 registration fee. oh.. by the way, this was based upon the minimum of 40 hours of "work... " That would be a minimum commitment of $3945, to start with. And since he says that the increase of score that she was seeking was requiring at least 50 hours, or more... yup, you guessed... the quote would be higher. here's what's even more interesting. when we left i asked my daughter what the practice test was like and her answer was very telling... she said "not hard." But she also said that she was confused why Josh had told her to take her time on the practice test and not to worry about the time nor finishing. This became particularly interesting when he told us that the justification for the cost was the need to "speed up her testing and that would take work... " So Josh is a straight up scam artist. i cannot and will not recommend Huntington Learning Center to anyone. Due to the area that i live in and the private schools that the majority of my neighbors children attend i will be certain to warn them of this business and used car tactics as well. simply put.. stay away from this place. there is no integrity.

It was during Covid, they seemed to reinvent drivers ed during a pandemic with "ease". We had such a great experience that even though we had moved north 5 hours away, we knew without question our younger son would also go to Easy driving school. I called, they remembered us and were so friendly, gracious and helpful. We are now almost at the end of the program again with our youngest child and I have to say, i'm really going to miss them. When on Zoom I listened to the classes and I found them to be great teachers, serious but without scaring kids and very informative. Our kids both rave about them as you will hear in their reviews. Again, I can't recommend them more highly.

Our daughter has been at Holy Nativity since she was 12 weeks old & she is now 19 months. We just transferred to a new daycare closer to our new house, so I felt compelled to share my experience at Holy Nativity because we were very reluctant to leave! Brittany is the Director & is on point. She answers questions, she is professional, kind, and you'll often find her hands-on in each of the classrooms. The rapport she has with all of her teachers is evident in their tenure. Most of the teachers have been there 10+ years. In childcare, that is unheard of. I truly believe it's a testament to Brittany's leadership & the environment created at Holy Nativity. If you are looking for a great center for your kids, here are some reasons to put this daycare on your list of places to tour: -Reasonably Priced: We were paying $305/week for Infant care (5 days a week) at Holy Nativity. Closer to our new home, the prices are more like $350+/week. It's a great value. -Teachers are experienced typically carrying Bachelor's Degrees in Education/Elementary Ed/etc. -Teachers have been there a long time & LOVE their jobs. There's nothing worse than leaving you kids with someone who doesn't care. These women love your kids like their own & you feel how genuine that is. It was one of the most important things to me when choosing a center. -Extra-Curriculars: They go above and beyond to create fun experiences for the kids. In the summer, they have an agreement with the nearby YMCA for splash-pad access in the pre-school room, they rent bounce-houses for the kids, have special musical guests, chefs, etc. WOW! -Every holiday they celebrate & Christmas involves a Christmas show with Infant Room-Preschool represented. -It's a small center: 1 infant room, 1 toddler room, 1 pre-school room. You won't fee like a number here. -Professionalism: Brittany in the office is responsive, addresses concerns, and keeps the vibe at Holy Nativity so positive. I can't recommend this school enough. My daughter Birdie has started at a new daycare but she still says 'Amy' (her Toddler teacher's name) every day on the way there. I know she misses it. I've deleted my post once before but I won't be taking it down now. The short version is I love the…read morestaff and director at Lighthouse in Zimmerman, but I do not recommend enrolling your child there at this time. There needs to be more care and accountability with the company/owner. I was there for about 5 months and the amount of issues I saw were overwhelming. It hurts my heart to see how the center is neglected and runs on the donations of the parents. Other times I've seen the staff bring in things that they purchased for the center. For example, I asked about 3 strollers in total that broke during my time there. All three were worn by mother nature because the center doesn't have shed to store them. The last one still hasn't been replaced. You can tell the paperwork that is offered to parents is a copy of a copy times 30. I was told we weren't allowed to have the new version printed. I saw the employees break table that is a two by two short table that sits outside the bathroom that has no chairs for the staff to sit at. I repetitively received conflicting information verbally and via emails from the owner, if at all. The whole center needs a remodel inside and nothing has been done. Lastly I'll leave you with this recent event. The director took a well deserved vacation for the week and the owner couldn't get the computer to work for the staff so she left. That's it. She called it quits and had everyone use paper for a week, then had the director clean it up when she got back. I didn't see the owner at all during that week. Until there is new ownership, I will not be back.
