From day 1, I stated my child had Dyslexia. Sylvan does not know how to properly teach dyslexia children. After $5000 my child only increased her testing scores by .2%, they even put it in writing. I withdrew my child and asked for some kind of credit back and They charged me even more because I originally got a better rate to go long term. After filing a couple of complaints, nobody from headquarters returned my calls. Then the director told me that she has yet to give a refund and wasn't about too. Well, it is my mission to get the word out that SYLVAN SUCKS and only cares about your $$$$. PLEASE do not use this company. There are other companies better suited for your childs needs. Thanks!
