They did this because they wanted to make sure the repair would work, and after the installation of the part, there was a certain amount of time the system needed to reboot. I repeatedly tried to pay him for all the extra attention and he refused. This is a true pay it forward company. There are few of these type of businesses these days. The system NEVER worked right. the Thermostat doesn't work and the system costs so much to run because it does not cool the house. I have begged that Peter come out and correct the issues. Peter refuses to correct the poor installation - the first time I called he came back and said his "helper" left plastic over the vents and that's why it wasn't blowing out air. maybe around the 10th time I called he send me pictures from the manual on how to fix on my own. Bottom line, Peter does not back his work and runs away when you come looking for him. I would not recommend Dun Rite to anyone.
