Not sure what's up with the number of stars in the reviews, but I've been going here for years and it's always been a good experience. It's a big office, so sometimes there's a wait to see the doctor, but that's not abnormal for a doctor's office. (I'd recommend going first thing in the morning if speed is of concern. The office opens at a very early 6:30am, which, while I'm sure is crazy for some, is super considerate for those of us who have to start work early and don't want to take time off (or much time off) from work. Staff is efficient. Office is clean. Dr. Bentley Illescas is genuine and candid. She makes it feel like you're speaking with a friend about your concerns. Would recommend! read more

Honestly would not recommend this doctors office, they only care about money. Never got told anything about any bill then all of a sudden when I call to schedule an appointment the receptionist told me oh I'm sorry you can't come back in until you resolve your bill. So I asked what bill and how do I pay it. She then said well we sent it to collections already so you will have to deal with them I can't help. So now they would no longer refill and prescriptions of the medications I'm supposed to take daily. The doctor herself was always nice but the staff upfront are horrible and do not care about the patients. read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this office from start to finish. I was incorrectly billed and repeatedly told the charges would be corrected, yet nothing was ever resolved. Instead of fixing their mistake, they eventually sent the bill to collections. When asking one last time about the bill, I received a sarcastic "So sorry, we can't do anything now since we sent it to collections."The lack of communication and accountability was unacceptable. What makes this even worse is that I never actually saw a doctor. I was evaluated curbside, no vitals were taken, no proper examination was performed, and the entire visit consisted of a quick nasal swab. Despite receiving minimal care, I was still charged as if I had a full medical appointment. To make matters even more frustrating, while I was actively sick with both strains of the flu, the staff told ME to call around to different pharmacies to locate the medication I needed because they would not handle it themselves and the pharmacy I gave them was out of Flu medication. When you are that sick, the last thing you should be doing is coordinating pharmacy inventory on your own. This office demonstrated poor patient care, poor billing practices, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this practice with their healthcare or billing information. read more

Strictly interested in making money. Patient care is secondary. I had symptoms from prescriptions through them that they dismissed. Changed primary care doctor and am blessed with no more side effects. There are better care physicians all over the area! read more

Dr Bentley and staff are caring, informative on the questions and concerns you have, the office is exceptionally clean and appealing to the eye and most importantly they give you honest feedback/recommendations. She has the cutest dog, which patiently and politely stays in her office to bring comfort to her patients and staff, you can pet it!! Only word of improvement is their wait time, don't expect to be in and out; otherwise the care is excellent! I give 4 stars due to the wait. read more

Dr. Bentley is AMAZING. She listened to everything I told her and took the time not only to get to know me as a patient, but as a person. She is kind, caring, genuine, and honest, and this is all from my first visit. The staff is friendly, too, and so are the nurses. My checkup was so thorough, and they did every test they could to help figure out what was wrong. read more

I'm so lost for words! Was a patient there yesterday morning and the young lady was so high sitting at the desk in the lab. I could not believe she was not noticed by anyone at work! How could they allow someone to be at work look like this. She kept drink out of a water can at her des. I would not be surprised if that was alcohol. I'm afraid to go back there! This office has always been a nice place but if Dr. Bentley is going to hire druggies to draw your blood they need to do better! read more

Unbelievably long wait times to be seen. Staff is very unfriendly and uninterested acting. Dr. Bentley is nice and professional but her kindness and skill nowhere near makes up for hours lost waiting for care and rudeness of staff. This review should have 5 NEGATIVE STARS!! I went to appointment at this location on 10/27/22 at 0700. My visit was based on the advice of very close friends that use this office. Was supposed to be this awesome doctor that cares and listens and is very good at what she does. DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE!! Unprofessional staff. Very RUDE DOCTOR WITH ATTITUDE. Before I start, let me make it clear that I am not imvilid. I am 52 and up to my recent heart issues was active service worker in the field. So this review is not from someone that sits around doing nothing and complain because I didn't get my way. I am dealing with recent heart attack and heart failure and several other issues related to prior Covid-19 infection (2020) and some health issues not related. One issue I am having with is with my memory (also caused by Covid-19, but also from the recent heart issues). So my wife has been coming to my Dr visits (cardiologist, pulmonologist, etc) to make sure we provide complete information on what I'm dealing with and to make sure I don't miss anything. It's not memory loss but slowed memory retention of conversations. So I requested that my wife be with me. I Spent 2 hrs in exam room 6 (before doctor came in and kicked me out) while inexperienced nurse practitioner came in and out 14 times trying to diagnose me and prescribe all kinds of meds and unneeded exams. The first nurse tech told us she could come back after she took my vitals. She completed my vitals and took me to room 6. She said she was going to get my wife and will tell her I'm in room 6. No one even went to my wife. After sitting in exam room for approx 15 minutes. Young inexperienced nurse practitioner came in and started her process. Again I told her about wanting my wife in room with me and I explained why. She said it would be ok and she would go get her. Then left. She returned a few minutes later and asked if I was allergic to anything. (No wife) I explained that I was and what allergies I had. She proceeded to ask me about my previous surgeries and hospitalization (which are numerous and extensive). Then asked of my family history. I then commented that all of it was on the long detailed paperwork that they required me to fill out before coming for the appointment. The paperwork had completed extensive history of my whole life. Her reply was, "oh, I didn't see that paperwork, let me go find it and read it." Again, I requested my wife and was told she would go get her. Then the nurse left again. The nurse returned a few minutes later and started questioning me more about my history and trying to make some decisions on prescribing meds to me for some of my minor health issues and my mental state and prescribe exams that were not necessary. Each time, she asked if I was ok with her prescribing the different meds that she had picked as if she was unsure of what to give me and I was her instructor. I told her that I felt "she was supposed to be the one making me better, not me try to figure it out. That's why I came to them." At this point I had become annoyed but was still nice to her. Again, I asked for my wife and again told she would go get her. This went on for 2 hrs before the Dr ever came to the room. When the Dr Amy came in, I explained the situation about my memory and needing my wife. The Dr told me that they do not allow anyone besides the patient back in the exam area. Very Bitchy Attitude. I tried to explain that the others said she could. I also told her that I would not have come to this office nor stay for 2hrs dealing with a nurse that had no confidence in what she was doing, if my wife was not allowed back. The Doctor Amy said, "she would not let my wife come back, and that I could leave if I liked. With very snooty attitude. So I left. First time ever being asked to leave anywhere, EVER!! Very Unprofessional office and medical staff. FYI: since my visit, I have spoke with others that have had same experience with this doctor and office.
