I had a completely unsatisfactory experience with this store. I wanted to return a moroccanoil product still in its bag and with the receipt. The product had never been opened - my husband took one look and told me I picked up the wrong one.
When I first arrived at the store I was asked to come back because a manager had to authorize returns and he wasn't there. I agreed and came back about 15 mins later. When I spoke with the Manager he looked at the receipt and told me I couldn't return it because they have a one week policy and it had been longer than one week.
I told him that was ridiculous and he said "there was nothing he could do". You and I both know that's not true. No where in their store or on the receipt does it outline this "policy". On top of that, as the manager of the store, he has the autority to authorize a refund outside of this policy if he wanted to. To suggest otherwise insults my intelligence. I would not recommend shopping here at all. read more
