The man says we can refund our tickets online, when we go to refund our tickets it says we can NOT refund after the movie has started. So we go back to the door and they hand us vouchers for new tickets. They did not make it clear that we had to be early or they would refuse entry.

We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and a bowl of green chile stew. My husband received his stew, but my appetizer--chips, salsa, guacamole, and queso--never arrived. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed, so I politely reminded her that we were still waiting for it. She rushed to the kitchen and assured us it would be right out. About 10 minutes later, another server finally brought the appetizer and apologized, saying, "I'm sorry, I forgot to bring this out." Unfortunately, the food was not worth the wait. The salsa tasted like it came straight from a can, the guacamole did not taste fresh, and the queso tasted like old refrigerated cheese that had been partially melted and served. It was honestly quite disappointing. Between the poor service and the low-quality food, the experience was not worth the price. It was especially disappointing because this was our first visit to Taos, and we had hoped for a much better dining experience.
