This location has main floor disabled accessible bathrooms, and vending machines. Lab Corp makes it easy to schedule appointments online and the day of your appointment you can check in online or at the kiosk and even wait in your car. I am usually taken on time or early for my appointment. I have had a good experience with most of the phlebotomists, they seem to care and try to make the experience as easy as possible. except today it took three sticks to be able to get all the blood needed. The test results are posted online fairly quickly.

This time I was seen within minutes. I gave the co-pay and she took my blood. The used a thick rubber band to take my bloodwork. The wrap she used afterwards was the elastic type I appreciate (doesn't stick to my Wookiee arm hair). Then quick bathroom visit (regular labs) and I was done. The whole visit was less than 15 minutes and highly professional care.

Today I made an appt, then ran late, but I was still there by 4:10. Was told they were a) packing to move and b) had appts that filled the rest of the afternoon. They apologized and pointed me across the parking lot to the new Mercy Bldg, telling me that was where they were moving to and staff was already there and seeing patients till 5. I got there before 4:30 and was told that they were already closed. I checked the Quest website and it said that location was open till 5. Very disappointed in Quest today. I recognize that I was late to my appt, but was pleased to be directed to a location that could see me.
