I was surprised to receive a text that my technician was ready for me 5min before my appointment time. Sweet! I found the room easily, went in, and was seen quickly. I was initially hesitant to choose this location because of the negative reviews. I will say that the "bedside manner" was poor/non-existent. I was told to "come in", and stood in the room while they talked amongst themselves about my information for a couple minutes, then was told "sit here", so I did. Next thing I knew, my blood was being drawn. A minute or two later, "You're good to go". I think there is definitely room for growth in their interactions with people, but overall, I'd recommend this location because they were very good at what they do (it was the best blood-draw I've ever had. Painless & swift). But if you're looking for a warm smile, or to be comforted if you're nervous about getting blood drawn, you probably won't find it here. As I left I thanked them and said "this was the best blood draw I've ever had, thank you." Then I asked how long to keep the cotton ball on, and the male technician cracked a joke & said "15yrs", then the lady said "15min, sweetie". It was humorous. So, overall, good experience. The phlebotomist was very nice and did a good job at verifying that I was who I was and what tests I was there for. I called Latonya her card is on the desk told her I couldn't wait long as I had fasting I'm a diabetic and needed to eat soon. That call was 7:53am still didn't get back until 810 which shows how much they care about their patients. After that phone call, Gwen came out and essentially yelled at everyone saying how appointments are precedent over anyone else however, there were people there in the waiting room with appointments. They had been waiting well over 45 minutes past their appointment time. When Gwen called me back to the room finally she was very cold rude unfriendly and just looked extremely angry to be there. This is someone that takes a needle to you. I don't think she should be we working with people.

This time I was seen within minutes. I gave the co-pay and she took my blood. The used a thick rubber band to take my bloodwork. The wrap she used afterwards was the elastic type I appreciate (doesn't stick to my Wookiee arm hair). Then quick bathroom visit (regular labs) and I was done. The whole visit was less than 15 minutes and highly professional care.
