After all, rumors can be rumors . Well, its reputation proceeds it. It is a scam and in it for the money. Do not go there if you have been in a minor motor vehicle accident in need of simple x-rays. I was told when I checked in to call the billing department the following week, give them the accident claim number, and the insurance company would be billed. I did exactly that, providing whoever answered the phone in billing with all of the information she requested, including the name and phone number and email of the personal injury adjuster from the insurance company. Fast forward three weeks and I get a call from them saying "we don't Bill insurance companies". I was lied too and deceived. And now I have a claim on my health insurance that should not be there and there is no way to get rid of it. I will never go back.

I walked out went to St. Luke's urgent care on Olive, best experience ever! There was a mother with two children at St. Luke's urgent care that ironically walked out of go Health as I was walking in the mother expressed how rude and at was, I told her I had the same extremely unpleasant experience at Mercy urgent care. When I walked into urgent care, the receptionist was extremely friendly and professional receptionist. Doctor, nurse. X-ray tech were all very professional, the medical care was exceptional. I would not recommend anyone to go to Mercy go Health on Olive. I would highly recommend everyone go to St. Luke's urgent care!

MISDIAGNOSED!!! I came down with the flu in December. After spending three days in bed and unable…read moreto get into my GP for a couple days, I dropped into the St Luke's urgent care closest to my home on. Thursday. There was virtually zero wait to be placed into a exam room with a nurse who quickly read my vitals. Within 5 minutes a Nurse Practitioner came to speak with me and ran a quick flu test with a swab. 20 minutes later she returned and stated the test came back negative and I just needed to go home, rest and drink plenty of fluids. I expressed extraordinary discomfort and asked for something for the congestion and she stated I should just continue to take OTC medication and come back if my condition worsened. Suspicious, I called my GP office the following morning for a Monday appointment. Upon seeing my GP, she in fact confirmed I had a severe case of the flu (most likely for over a week), due to being untreated had progressed to a severe case of bronchitis and potentially could be pneumonia! She immediately prescribed a series of strong medications and brought me back two days after to ensure I didn't need to be admitted to hospital. When asking her opinion on why St Luke's Urgent care wouldn't prescribe any medication, she said it wasn't the first case of misdiagnosis she had seen from this location (just down the road). Furthermore, she stated the nurse practitioners at this location are clearly encouraged not to prescribe medication to either encourage repeat visits to increase billings, or they are afraid of the liability of issuing prescriptions. She also stated she encouraged her patients to stay clear of this location due to the repeated misdiagnosed patients seen who had visited the Ladue Crossing St. Luke's previously! While the wait time and customer service were excellent, the misdiagnosis combined with lack of any real doctors on staff makes this St Luke's Urgent Care nothing more than a cash collecting scam. My insurance was billed nearly $700 for a visit that yielded nothing more than placing my health at risk. I highly encourage any visitor to call ahead to ensure a REAL doctor is on staff prior to visiting.

Their prices are EXCELLENT and affordable without the huge markups at hospitals and other place. They also accept all major HMO and PPO insurance plans, work comp plans, Medicare and Medicaid. This is what they do all day, every week, so they are experts at it. Plus if you are using insurance from some of the big groups there will be no deductible. I have neck and back issues from car accident years ago and as I've been aging I need to get updated screenings and prefer to "own" my own images so I can change doctors when I want and not have to hassle with getting them to forward to a new doc.

I spoke with two people there and verified they had the correct address and that they went out. No records ever arrived in new Hampshire. When I called Berland to have them resent, they told me they had sent the one and only copy of my radiographic films through regular mail and they thus could not resend them. They also told me that they sent them with no tracking mechanism whatsoever . For a medical test company to send the one and only copy of my medical documents through the mail that way is utter malpractice. Mammograms depend on changes year to year and now I am starting, at 52 years of age with a new provider and no baseline for the last several years. To add insult to injury, when I asked that at least the written reports be resent and could they please send it certified (cost about $1.50), they again said they would not send them certified. Unbelievable.
