I was greeted by the front desk staff with a smile and compassion. You could totally see that they loved where the work. I broke/dislocated my toe the previous day and by the time work was over I knew it was time to get it looked at and of course my GP is impossible to get into. The tech was very prompt and had an awesome attitude! He was easy to talk to and very nice/personable! He was one of the two techs I saw while there, his name is Rogan, I can't remember the other name but they were dynamite! The PA was absolutely amazing. He explained everything and was so nice and helpful! He gave me great specific instructions and great referrals. He didn't make me feel like I was making a big deal out of nothing like some places do. The doctor who stopped in was also SO professional and nice! I highly recommend this facility if not for the staff alone, but the extremely clean and well stocked facility. Can't go wrong with this location!

It's pretty safe that they'll never have my business again. And I've been seen there several times at other locations over the last several years. They simply don't care if your child or yourself are sick when it may be an inconvenience for them to get off work right at 8pm.

This is not a review of the radiologists who provide services for Midwest Radiological Associates…read more In my experience (at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, but they handle a number of area hospitals), they're a great bunch of docs. No, it's a review of the company that handles billing for them. Dealing with them is difficult enough for a healthy person. If you're sick, if you've got chemo brain, if you're stressed, it's almost impossible. The first problem with MRA is that every single procedure gets its own account number, and its own bill. There's no such thing as a single piece of paper with every procedure, along with the amount owed, listed on it. The payment procedure, when you need to work with an agent, is inexcusably time-consuming and complex. If you call in to pay a bill, make sure you ask if they have any more outstanding bills for you, because they won't tell you. I found that out the hard way more than eight years ago, when I was newly diagnosed with Stage III breast cancer, on my own, and horribly sick from chemotherapy. I called in and paid several bills, but missed one - and they turned me over to collection for less than $20, without so much as sending a second notice. I recently got a bill from a collection agency for MRA. This puzzled me, since I knew I'd paid what I owed. I tried to call MRA, but didn't have the account number, and couldn't get through. I wrote to them, twice, via their website; nobody bothered to get back to me. Finally, today, I played with their automated phone system and managed to get through to a sympathetic human being. I was shocked by what I learned. Last spring, by now Stage IV and again in chemo, I had more scans. When the bills came in, I called to pay them. And I did pay them. But the credit card payment on one didn't go through. And instead of calling me, or emailing me, or mailing me a letter, MRA just sat on it. They did not send out a second notice (as far as I can tell, they just don't do that). Instead, they waited five months, and then turned it over to collection. This is inexplicable and upsetting. It's also unhelpful and anti-consumer. As if the medical system and health insurance were too easy to navigate, Midwest Radiological Associates has taken it upon themselves to find a way to make it even harder. Shame on them.

When my lower back pain was getting in the way of my performance, I began seeing Dr. Rob at the recommendation at family members. His care was extremely comprehensive and he was great at explaining why my pain existed and how we can treat my specific case. After my second national tour this year, I'm beyond grateful for his care as I completed both tours PAIN-FREE! Outside of chiropractic care he also gave me solid nutritional and supplement advice to keep my body working the best it can. THANK YOU Dr. Rob and your fantastic team!

When the three months passed and I completed my last pre-paid sessions, I did not want to renew and pay for any more sessions because my neck and back were still in just as much pain as when I started and I saw no benefit to the amount of time and money I already had invested in the place, so I simply didn't renew and stopped going. Three years later I get a letter in the mail from them claiming that I owe $145 and that it is the "final notice" before it goes to collections. Naturally, I call them to figure out what they're talking about and to explain that I was told that I had already pre-paid for every session I went to and didn't go to any more after my pre-paid care plan ran out. The woman on the phone was already aware that there were discrepancies with the pricing due to the chiropractor I had seen three years ago being let go from the practice , and several other patients reported similar issues with being deceived about the pricing. She said "there's a reason he doesn't work here anymore and our person that handles the finances has to closely audit all of these cases" .. so in other words, they were well aware that I got screwed ,but also took zero accountability over the fact that it happened due to their chiropractor misinforming people. They basically took the stance of "oh well we fired him now so anything that happened while he worked for us wasn't our fault" , and I just can't respect that negligence. Will never return to the practice no matter how a good a chiropractor Rob Elder may be just because it isn't worth it to get blindsided years later by an office that is unorganized with employees that aren't on the same page.
