This spot is a crowded, but the vibes are solid. Cute decor, reggaeton music videos playing behind the bar, effort put into plating. My empanadas were delicious, and I quite enjoyed the tostones and mofongo my friends ordered, but they were put off by the dryness. If you're new to puerto rican food, I'd suggest sticking to dishes that are less plantain heavy, it can be an acquired taste.

This was such a great find. Small restaurant with a big heart. Staff were terrific, greeting us when we walked in and then providing great suggestions on what to order. And the food was fabulous

Such a fun find! Visiting Nashua and saw this on Yelp. The drinks were delicious and the tapas amazing! Marco is a wizard when it comes to mixology Definitely recommend!

Solid tapas! Chicharones ceviche was novel. Noticeably missing cheese and charcuterie but otherwise typical fare was on the menu. Great cocktails. Friendly service. Sexy ambiance. Fantastic paella, not overdone or dried out with generous seafood, rich and buttery... my favorite of the night! At least until I had the flan. So good! Definitely scored a repeat customer.

I wanted this place to be great so badly, I had heard mixed reviews and decided to give it a shot. We got there at 7:30 PM, and it took 25 minutes before anyone came to get our drink/food orders. At that time, they told us the kitchen closed at 8:00, so we would have to order then. We ordered immediately... it took 30 minutes for our drinks to come and about an hour and 10 minutes for our food to start coming out. The first thing came out without silverware (not finger food) and it took roughly 10 minutes for us to get silverware. All of the food was bland, arrived at room temperature and tasted like it had been sitting out all day despite the wait. Service was really nice, hence the 2 stars. We each got 2 drinks and a few tapas and our total was $100.00. Overall, would not recommend, especially for the price. If you're going to give it a shot, I'd recommend trying it at an earlier hour.

If I were to take a friend out to dinner who has never tried tapas before Tostao's would be my first choice hands down. I've been here 5+ times and my experiences have always been great. The waitstaff are amicable and more than happy to explain in detail any menu item you wish to know more about. They are also able to accommodate your needs (allergies, etc.) to the best of their ability (my partner was able to have a virgin guava mojito!) Every dish is crafted with care and expertise, you can tell even before you take a bite! Tostao's exceeds my expectations with each of their creations that I try and I am already anticipating my next visit. If you want the best of what Nashua has to offer I highly recommend stopping by.

Tapas time! Yes Please!…read more Had dinner here on a whim on a cold Saturday night. As soon as we walked in we noticed the place was jammed packed. We were lucky to get seated at the last two spots at the bar since we didn't have a reservation. The bar seating was actually nice because they had a nice display of liquor to show off. The waitress/waiters were very nice. They quickly got waters for us a couple of glasses of wine. We really like Spanish wines and they had a few Tempranillo wines to choose from so that was nice. We decided to share some Tapas and we were overwhelmed with all the options. Everything looked so good! We finally decided on the sautéed mushrooms, grilled shrimp (gambas), honey eggplant which was a nice sweet surprise and roasted potatoes with a yummy sauce. Everything tasted fresh and had great flavors. The service was great and the staff was very attentive and polite. I am curious now to try their Pallela but that's for next time!

It's a small space and at dinner time, it's packed. I suggest making a reservation if you plan to come at peak time. It's not fancy but it's good. The staff was working very hard, but for a small staff, they were pretty attentive. We enjoyed all of our food. My favorite was the chicken paella and the chorizo sausage. The prices were also affordable for the amount of food provided. I recommend and I'd stop back in!

Both the drink and food menus have a staggering variety of items. My favorites were the tortilla español ($10) that came with the delicious garlic aioli and the jamon Iberico ($34), though nothing was a dud. The croquetas were hot, fluffy, and so unique. The interior is gorgeous and the staff are wonderful.

I was super excited to try this tapas spot - i loved aesthetic (it really reminded me of an upscale…read morespot in Barcelona) and really enjoyed the dishes we ordered but unfortunately was a bit disappointed overall with the experience The food itself was delicious! We started with the patatas bravas which were crispy, savory, hot, and delicious. The lamb skewers were sooo good - tender and paired so well with the buttery brioche and pickled onions. We also loved the steak and chorizo - sooo delicious with the garlic aioli. Portions are on the small side and you are charged extra for any adds! The service is where we were let down and why I cannot rate any higher. We came on a Saturday afternoon and despite it not being too busy, it took almost an hour for even our first dish to come out. Additionally, it wasn't until after our first dish came out that we were told they were out of two other dishes that we had ordered. Each dish took a long time with delivery and our server was nowhere to be found (never got our water refilled, never checked in on us, and never even checked us out and we had to learn on our own that we use the QR code).

SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS OF WHAT THEY GAVE US BELOW. However, when my husband got to the store and AFTER he already PAID for the food order, the front cashier/clerk told him she had sold out of the white rice and that he had to wait an additional 25 minutes as she was making another batch of white rice. The problem is that this was NOT DISCLOSED TO US until he got to the store--and ONLY AFTER he had already paid for the whole order. This was an inconvenience for all of us because we had ordered the 4 dinners nearly over 30 minutes PRIOR to heading to pick up the dinners. Our meals should have been set aside by the cashier or helper, not wait until AFTER he got to the store and ONLY AFTER he paid AND left her a 15% tip for a PICK-UP ORDER to let us know they ran out of white rice. Had the store worker told him BEFORE him paying, he could have made the choice of leaving or waiting for an additional 25 mins. They should have given him the CHOICE to decide what WE WANTED to do, not FORCE us to pay then force him to wait an additional 25 minutes for the 4 dinners, which conveniently benefitted the cashier/clerk and store as they made sure they got the purchase sale through BEFORE letting us know they were out of the white rice! Later, when we got the 4 large dinners at $13.99 each, the LARGE order portions were very SMALL. The stewed chicken portions were small, the beans that were put on top of the white rice were less than 1/4 of a cup and mostly bean juice, and the side salad was extra small. Additionally, the almost $11 large side order of beans was 1/2 filled with beans and 1/2 filled with bean juice. This is NOT acceptable and very unprofessional. Therefore, due to this unfortunate cashier/clerk's decision of not notifying us that they ran out of white rice PRIOR to us paying for the 4 dinners, plus filling less than 1/2 portion of the 1 large beans container--and then, giving us only SMALL portions of all contents in our 4 large chicken stew order meals along with only 1/4 cup of beans on top of the rice with an extra small salad, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering large dinners from Cibao Restaurant at 383 Amherst Street, in Nashua, NH. So, if you are looking for delicious tasting Dominican & Puerto Rican style well priced food, we recommend ordering from DON QUIJOTE RESTAURANT (+1-603-622-2246, at 362 Union Street, Manchester, NH, https://www.donquijoteunion.com/ . Don Quijote restaurant's food is amazing! Their large portion comes with 3 tender skinless chicken thighs in tomato with garlic, green pepper, onion, seasoned sauce with lots of great tasting habichuela beans and rice with a side order of salad. Don Quijote will give you what you paid for and serve you will actually get a large portion serving with their orders. Trust me, they send you so much food you'll have enough leftover for a second meal vs the other place (Cibao Restaurant) which leaves you wondering why they under serve their paying customers.
