Poor performance. After ordering on the tablets, the processing of the order is not really clear to me. At noon time there is a queue at the collection area, while the meals are given to customers not in a logical order and the staff is calling the next ticket (so, why queuing?!). Overall, it takes too long and a simple screen like in McDonalds would help a lot.
The ordering process is also not optimal, as it is not intuitive (when to add drinks) and there is just one sevice staff to assist in case of questions, and I observed that many customers had questions (so, why automated ordering, when it still requires manual support of the staff - either intuitive automated ordering or no autmomated ordering).
The food itself did not impress me. My meal was too small, even though I ordered the large version (it only had 3 tiny falafels and they were not really tasteful), so I went to Pret around the corner to get me a sandwich thereafter...
In terms of prices, I felt that it was way too expensive. GBP 6.49 for a salad with 3 tiny falafels. There are places in this area which offer much better value for money.
Summary: Inefficient and confusing order processing, too small serving, no good value for money. I will not go here again. read more
