Payment, delivery, pickup, etc. were all done via email/phone. No need to be present when they dropped the dumpster off. Additionally, they used wood matting under the dumpster as to not damage the driveway. The dumpster (ironically - it's a dumpster) was very clean, nicely painted, well maintained and greased, which is another plus in my book. The bin has a nice feature where the doors open like a French door so you can easily wheel/carry debris in. The doors have securing locks so they don't flap in the breeze. Although I'm not a fan of lime green paint, but it sure beats a rusty, dirty, junky looking trash bin from other folks - Plus I'm sure it's a "franchised look". Lastly, make sure you call and speak with Bruce. My location wasn't directly listed in the "service area", but being so close to Bridgeville in Washington County, additiontal accomidaitons where made! Moving forward if I have the need for another bin/dumpster, I'll definitely be calling Bruce @ Bin There Dump That.

I needed a 20 yard dumpster for a renovation. One of the people working on our house just got ripped off by another dumpster company. He called a company for pickup before his time limit because he knew some storms were coming, but that company didn't come right away. The storms hit. They picked up after the storms. He complained about their late pickup and how it was going to affect the weight. They promised to wait a couple days. Then a couple days later $300 weight overrage charge. So I was nervous. I have not idea how much these old plaster walls weighed. Then I remember seeing an ICE dumpster on construction project that was sitting around for awhile and called that number. I asked about weight and time limits. They said there are none. They asked me how big, when (next day) and where I wanted it. Their prices were alot better too. Then said call us whenever we needed to get it picked up. I thought meh shouldn't be too long. Because of our lousy contractor, couple months later called for pickup when it was full (maybe a little too full) and picked up next day. A contractor next to our project had some problems with his dumpster company (I think it was Budget) and asked if he could use ours and ended paying for our dumpster and changed it out a couple times. All with no problems or hassles. Projects where you need a dumpster are a big enough hassle already, so save yourself from more headaches by going with Iron City Express. I don't like writing reviews, but had to write for ICE because it was the only part of our project that worked out well.
