She needs to be given a new job because she's half the problem. I was attempting to get in contact with a supervisor but this individual REFUSED to patch me over to her. Family owned? If so, they need investigated by authorities cause I'm sure something horrible is happening. If i could give this less than a star i would. Then i made a complaint and filed one with the BBB and the email that was sent was so disparaging, it made me feel like a second rate citizen. After calling several companies that deal with Dumpsters, this company was the one I was most impressed with. During a week of rain we were unable to continue demolition prompting me to call asking if I could rent the 30 yard dumpster and I would pay the late fees. I was told not to worry about it and was given a little additional time without additional cost. The driver was polite, the dumpster was delivered on time and placed exactly where we wanted it.
