I expected a better value... After paying a higher price than the competition, I was cheated out of an additional $41.00. It was explained to me that all of the garbage in the dumpster needed to be below the top and it had to have a total weight of 1 ton. After realizing the dumpster with carpet and assorted rubbish was only 1/2 filled, i figured the total was under 1 ton However, I was assessed 41.00 additional dollars I will never use this company again, nor should you. read more

Did everything right and was very helpful when I had questions. I can't see why you would need anyone else! read more

This company is a scam!!!!! They are brokers that sub- contract with dumpster rental companies. Check your contract! There is a weight limit on the dumpsters. They charged me for my dumpster being overweight two months after it was picked up. They sent me a picture of a weighbill dated a week after the dumpster was picked up only after I asked for some proof. No name, address, phone #, etc. to tie it to a particular dumpster, customer, rental company. It could be anyone's weighbill. It doesn't take two months to figure out that a dumpster is overweight and they did not even call, text, or email me to let me know. They just charged my credit card on file. I found out when I received my CC bill. There are other instances of this happening to other people filed with the BBB. read more

I would highly recommend your company. Everything you promised was spot on Thank.you Lisa Z read more

The dumpster was the exact thing we needed. The guy who picked it up was friendly and quick.

I would never use or recommend Budget Dumpster. First, they do not actually provide any of the services that they advertise. They sub it all out to smaller local companies and then take ZERO responsibility when things go wrong. They make you pay in full, in advance, and then nickel and dime you with added fees. In my case despite having paid in advance for 4 dumpsters for a commercial project, (over $2,000) their company never delivered one of the dumpsters as promised, and after multiple calls they confirmed that they never sent the request to the local company and it would be 2 days before they would be able to make the delivery, and they didn't let me know this until 4pm. Thankfully Michael Brothers Hauling & Recycling was able to get one out there the next day, and kept our project from getting delayed. I would only recommend Budget Dumpster to people who have wronged me in some way. EDITED TO ADD: I do not view offering a refund for a service that was never provided as "taking responsibility". You are legally obligated to refund my prepayment for a service that was not provided. Since the time of this issue, we have had issues with delivery and pickup of 2 additional dumpsters (thankfully timing was not as important on these ones, however it was an inconvenience nonetheless). Additionally, Penn Waste, one of the companies that you contract through, scratched a customers driveway, and then stated that that should be expected. read more

We live in Metro Atlanta; we did an ENORMOUS home renovation. We needed a big dumpster and they provided one-best terms, best price. We didn't have to be home for pickup or delivery, which was really great for us. I made one call, and it was delivered on the day I requested; one call for a pickup. We used them twice in an 8 week period (when I say enormous home renovation, I am not exaggerating). I would recommend and definitely use them again. read more

This company is great I did a lot of research on prices and they had the best price for a 30 yard dumpster was $450 for 10 days many others charge 550 for 10 or seven days. The dumpster needed to be taken up a very steep driveway and then it needed to rest on a steep incline in front of the house. The driver did everything to maneuver it in the perfect location. They promptly picked it up. We were so happy we ordered another one two weeks later to finish the job. I highly recommend them! A true class act read more

Had a great experience renting a dumpster for a project. They were able to accommodate a last minute request with no issues. Received email communications about the rental, changes etc. they dropped off and picked up when promised. I would definitely use again in the future. read more

This is NOT a local company but a middleman service that charges you to rent local dumpsters. Skip this step and save your self some money. They were very unreliable as far as drop off and pick up, and were not at all helpful when I called three times on the day of the drop off to find out when they would arrive. read more

The dumpster was convenient. Arrived the day it was scheduled to. You have to call to schedule pickup. When I did they were unable to pick it up the day I tried to schedule, they didn't charge me for the additional 3 days because they didn't have anyone to pick it up. The day before pickup I called to reschedule the pickup date as we need more time (there was more room in it then we had anticipated). I called to schedule pickup for Saturday 12/23, they are not open on the weekends so I had to schedule it for Friday 12/22. They charged me $40 for the additional days. They never came to pick it up. It is still sitting in my driveway. They did not call or email to tell me they were unable to pick it up and reschedule. I am very upset. I now have a dumpster taking up half of my driveway until the day after Christmas! We are having guests for Christmas! Not ok. read more

Terrible experience with this company! I rented a dumpster in October 2018 to be delivered to my home. While delivering, the driver drove into my neighbors yard, got stuck and left deep ruts causing damage to their front yard. The company promised to fix the damage they caused but never did. 2 months later I had to bear the expense of this repair myself. I would never do business with this company again or recommend them to anyone. read more
