Brad was fantastic, I could not recommend him or the company higher. Brad was more than willing to work with me in ways that other carpet cleaning companies were not. He clearly explained every step of the cleaning process and even let me see just how much dirt he was able to pull from the carpets in my apartment. He did a phenomenal job. Honestly the carpets were in a cleaner and better condition than they were when I first moved in to the apartment (!!)

Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Irresponsible. Rude. Unneighborly…read more Waking up to their crew yelling in our residential neighborhood before 7 am, working start time, for months is the least of my worries. Being sworn at by their staff is not neighborly. They seen to forget that the street does not belong to them. What's truly frustrating, and why I would never suggest the company- they do not use working phone numbers for their permits that they file with the city. So getting ahold of someone when there's a real issue is impossible. For example, their construction crew is causing a very serious and dangerous issue with the buses scheduled to pick up preschoolers each school day in the morning. They are blocking the road with cranes and equipment in the middle of the bus stops. This causes an unsafe situation. It has also caused children on the street to miss school. Since where their bus stops is being used as a construction area. But since the company does not post any working numbers for permit or the public then there no way to discuss with the owner or manager how unsafe they are being when blocking the street with equipment in the am. And since those on the site are no receptive to discussions with neighbors about problems- problems continue to mount. I like being told to go "fuck myself" and that I'm fat whenever I ask the crew when the will be moving their equipment out of the middle of the road as they block our entries streets access, but especially my front door. This builder runs a real classy crew. I can't wait until they're done building near us. It's horrific and it makes me resent our new neighbors who haven't even moved it but bought with them.

Zac replied to the Yelp posting the same day I posted it and we came to an agreement on a good price quickly. They were out to my house within 2 days and had the work completed in a single day. They procured the paint in the colors I requested, hauled away the debris, and even cleaned the gutters and touched up paint on part of the adjacent dormers even though it wasn't in their scope. The team was super nice and respectful, and I'll definitely use them for future projects!

The job was done quickly too. Then, we had had them install engineered flooring in a living room, two bedrooms, and a hallway. As I write this, they are working on the staircase to the upstairs, installing the same flooring there as well. As often happens, there was a mix up in the delivery from the store and there was not enough of the stair nose. James was flexible and was able to come back as soon as the correct pieces were delivered. I appreciate that he takes the time to explain what he is doing as well. I recommend James and his crew for similar projects.

I knew we didn't have time to pull it up and replace it, so we decided to get it cleaned and see how bad it was and how many rugs we would have to buy to throw over the spots. I e-mailed Len at 2 am on Friday asking if there were any way he could clean our four rooms on Monday. He called later that morning, left a message, and followed up with an e-mail that they could do the job for us. He called Saturday to set the time they would arrive Monday. Len's crew of Matthew and Kevin arrived right in the 2-hour window. I just wish I had taken pictures of the rug before they shampooed it. When they arrived, they said they couldn't promise that they would be able to get it all out, but they would do their best. The difference was absolutely amazing. People who had been helping clean the house saw it before and after and they said, "Wow! It looks like a brand-new carpet." We didn't even have to buy any throw rugs. They got out some really big, bad spots too. As usual, when there are some that have been there a while, they don't all come out completely, but they were definitely MUCH better. We really appreciated them making the time for our last minute request. We gladly recommend them to our friends. I will be using them again.
