The service is always on point and they're always super accommodating. It's a place where there are always tons of locals who order the bacon extra crispy and know that an order of French toast will feed a family of four. they are known for their homemade desserts, including cinnamon rolls, which are about the size of your head. Wheelchair accessibility: there are two accessible parking spaces outside of the restaurant, although neither of them has an access lane. And you're gonna need two extra humans to get a wheelchair through the doors. Both entrances are double door with a right turn and they are difficult to navigate. The aisles are really narrow between tables, but like I said the staff will help make it work. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible however it's really hard to get into because there's a swinging set of saloon doors that actually make it impossible to open the other doors. So you might need another set of hands

This review is for the Sterling location only. I've eaten in their Fort Morgan location numerous…read moretimes, and everything was always close to perfect. Let me start by saying the food was excellent. The service on the other hand left much to be desired. Our visit was on a Thursday night, at about 6:30pm, and there were only a few other customers. To begin, upon arrival, we waited by the sign which read, "Wait to be Seated", and were ignored. I asked an employee if we were to seat ourselves, we were given a shrug. After seating ourselves, a server came by with menus. We were asked about drinks, my daughter asked for water and to see a drink menu. I didn't need water, but said I would be ordering a margarita. When we ordered, it was clear that the server had no familiarity with the menu. We had to repeat our order twice. Shortly after taking our order, the server came by with her water and some random margarita for me. Ten minutes after ordering a second server came by to re-take our order, since the first server forgot our order. Our food arrived at our table one plate at a time, with several minutes between each trip. My daughter's entree sat and got cold while she waited for my entree, and again for her side of green chile. No one ever returned to check on our meals or to have another drink. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell in the restaurant that got more pronounced towards the restroom area. This is probably just because it's Sterling, and not necessarily their fault. I still rated at three stars, since the great food trumps the poor service, but begrudgingly. To the owners: I hope you read this and are able to bring this restaurant up to the standards of your Fort Morgan location. It is very obvious that the current front end staff are not well trained, and are dragging your good reputation down the drain. I truly hope you are able. I was very excited when you first moved into your first Sterling location, but the poor service will keep me and my neighbors finding another option. Since I've had good experiences in the past, I will probably give you another chance in the future.
