It was a bummer because the rest of the ingredients were yummy. They should have just thrown it on some simple white bread and it would be 10x better. Cheesecake was yummy but again a little pricey at 80 pesos. Probably wouldn't come back but I would consider getting a small side of the broccoli salad to go as a snack in the future.

Nearly everything is in the 30 peso range also, so super cheap. They may ask you "para aqui o para llevar" (for here or to go) which may seem nonsensical for a food truck, but if you say "para aqui" they'll just give it to you on a paper plate to eat there in the park, whereas para llevar means they put it in a bag.

They do three kinds of tamales: mole, verde and rojo, and champurrado. I got two tamales de mole, used to the wimpy tamales in the states. Whoa, these babies are freakin huge. I was so full after one. And the mole was complex and rich and sweet and savory all at the same time. Duh, it's Oaxaca. The grandmas know what's up.
