He's always been into gold watches and shiny items. I will say that Macy's needs to hire more cashiers--the wait for customer service was about 15 minutes, as there weren't enough clerks available to help. On the positive side, they do size watches on-site and offer warranties that are worth purchasing. You also earn rewards for shopping at Macy's, and they always seem to have deals going on, which makes it worth stopping by. You definitely get your money worth!

My husband is 6'3" with shoulders like a linebacker and a longer than average torso. Nothing standard seems to fit, yet the store manager managed to get him decked out head to toe in some pretty well fitting items. He took my husband's and my tastes into account and used humor to make the emergency seem like less of an emergency. We will be back after the funeral to get a few minor alterations that they recommended but overall, he looked pretty darned good! He also found some extra long ties off the clearance rack (who knew they had extra long ties?!? Not me!) to make the final price tag a little lower. Really great service overall. I'm a little disappointed since I did bring in lightly worn clothes with pretty good brands. I don't take it personally because half of the random things on the rack make me question their training. I wouldn't recommend coming in unless you want to wait hours and be judged in the process. The only 2 helpful/nice workers were the blue haired girl-seemed like a lead, and the newer girl with short straight hair.

They have GREAT discounts weekly and they hook you in for more shopping in the future by giving you Kohl's Cash which is also amazing. The quality of the clothing is good and they have sone well known celebrity designer brands--Vera Wang, Jennifer Lopez... The lines are usually long and there have only been 2 registers open at the area I was in at the times I have been here in the past. The cashiers are nice and always ask if I want to apply for a Kohl's credit card (which gives you an additional 30% off your purchase). I'm not in to department store credit cards, but if you do have you, there are events where you get additional savings on top of all the other discounts. My mother-in-law purchased a pair of capri pants and only ended up paying $4 for them. Seems like great savings to me.
